The food was excellent. They really have a soul food menu. They made me so happy. It was ethnically pleasing to say the least. I wish all of their restaurants would do this, I would frequent them more often.

I ordered from Uber eats and this place is a joke. Never again. I ordered a kids fun pancake with eggs, 1 sausage and bacon. Everything came mixed together in 1 container and they didn’t send anything for the pancakes “funny face” no sprinkles nothing. But that’s not the worst part, I paid $15 for an order of 4 chocolate chip pancakes. I’m sure they use chocolate chips that cost $20 each because they literally put 3 to no chocolate chips on each pancake. Terrible.

When (IF) you order anything to go from this location, always ALWAYS thoroughly check the items in that bag before you leave. On at least two different occasions, I was given plain crepes after (over) paying for a specific, crepes dish (cinnamon crepes, Swedish crepes, lemon ricotta crepes, etc.). Just happened again to me 15 mins ago. I actually did look into the bag before leaving, but from the way that the food was organized in the bag it was almost as if they willfully made an effort to deceive me. So, at all IHOPs (especially, this one), thoroughly check your items.

Venise was very pleasant and caring with service and making sure we were pleased with our food and as you can see it was more then enough 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽🥰 keep up the good work

There was a little bit of a wait it appeared to staff shortage however the manager and staff were very pleasant. Our server Brittney superb very pleasant always came over with a smile. Customer service is everything, Brittney was awesome!

I was so disappointed with my catfish... Not only did it lack flavor buy it wasn't fried hard like I ordered... Also the uptown/arnold plamer that I ordered wasn't good... I don't know what they gave me but it wasn't that... Now the eggs, pancakes and loaded hash browns were DELICIOUS... And let's not forget the customer service... She was polite and took our order without writing it down which impressed me... I will be back but I won't be ordering the fish...

0 ⭐ I paid $19 for a small piece of frozen salmon and my friend ordered the steak medium rare that was well done. Hospital food have more flavor that the stuff we ate. The service was the worst, well the waitress we had.
