I brought in my original wedding ring, (46 years), not worth much in monetary value, but priceless in sentimental value, that was missing the marquis stone and 2 smaller stones. They took no more than 30-45 minutes and gave all the necessary documentation for me to submit to the insurance company. They also cleaned my ring for free while I was there. I have a 1 carat round diamond that I had put in a setting that I bought from a jewelry store in the “mall” over 20 years ago. The band broke and the mall jewelry store was unable to fix the problem. I decided to go to Venus jewelers and look at replacement settings for my diamond. When I arrived at the store, I was greeted by Donna as soon as I walked in. I explained my story and that I did not have the 1 carat diamond with me but that I would like to look at new settings. Donna assured me that this was not a problem. She immediately went and retrieved a 1 carat round diamond and we started the process of choosing a new setting. Donna helped me choose and try on several different styles of rings and she placed the Venus jewelers round diamond in each setting to give me a better idea of what the finished ring would look like. Her dedicated customer service, vision and care was exceptional. She spent quite a lot of time with me and it was greatly appreciated. Her advice was spot on and I was able to purchase a beautiful setting that day. Donna advised that I could come in anytime with my stone and they would set my diamond in my new setting. And the customer service gets even better…. When I arrived at the store with my stone, I was greeted immediately by Jason. He heard my story and confirmed that my round stone was in fact the original diamond. Long story, but I had doubts. Igor and Jason went about polishing and setting the stone in my new setting while I waited. Same day service at its finest. I also found out that it was Jason‘s birthday that day. My ring was finally ready. When they presented me with the finished product, I was in such shock at how beautiful it was that I felt like it was my birthday! I was never so happy that a ring that I had for over 20 years was not able to be repaired by the other jeweler. My decision to visit Venus jewelers was the best decision that I could have made. My new ring is such an upgrade and more beautiful than my wildest dreams. It’s incredible! I sincerely appreciate the care and dedication that Donna, Jason and Igor provided. The person I worked closely with was Johnny and he is amazing. I came in to Venus Jewelers to have the batteries in my watches replaced. Jason took cafe of me right away. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He could see that I was pressed for time so he suggested that I leave the watches and that he would drop them off at the gym the next morning. Super considerate! Thanks Jason. He also resealed my movados and pressure tested them for FREE! Customer service that goes above and beyond.

Jason and the Staff at Venus were amazing. I had brought many pieces in and Jason went through all 9 watches as well as a bunch of rings and helped me understand each piece while also giving history on many of the older pieces. Very easy to work with and then they cleaned my new Rolex and made it look brand new. Highly recommend.

I grew up in Franklin so Venus has been a staple growing up. The service has always been outstanding!! Today I had the pleasure of getting my wedding ring resized hassle free (my ring was too small and my wedding coming up). The freindly staff members (shout out to Jason and Vic!!!) were able to help get the right size on a tricky ring to resized. Getting my ring fit was great, getting it done with minimum stress was priceless. Venus, there is a reason you are the only store i go to for service ... It's always the best!!!

We had a wonderful experience purchasing a wedding band at Venus Jewelers. The staff were kind enough to order the ring we were interested in for us to try on in person before we decided to purchase it. They were very helpful, courteous, and provided complimentary cleaning of our engagement ring -- even though we purchased it elsewhere. This is a lovely locally-owned store. When I went to pick up the ring I overheard another woman in the store mention that most of the jewelry she had received/purchased in the past 20 years came from there. I came to Venus jewelers for the first time to enlarge my husbands wedding band. The lady who helped me (Sonomi) was amazing. She welcomed me with a smile and was so helpful. She even invited me to their Christmas party. You can tell this is a close knit business and they value their customers. This place is a Franklin Township institution. Possibly the only jeweler in any proximity to this town. It is a very high quality and luxurious store. My family has been coming here since they moved here 30 years ago. Aside from the fine jewelry and watches they provide excellent repair services. I have had chains, rings, and earrings repaired. The staff is nothing short of friendly, accommodating and did not make me feel pressured at all. My recent interaction with Simone, Igor and Johnny was especially positive. They were patient and took their time talking me through all my needs. They were complimentary enough to tighten loose clasps and bent earring posts for me. I had dropped the backing to an earring and Johnny got on his hands and knees with a flashlight and found it! (Thanks again for that !) A truly exceptional customer experience from beginning to end.
