Homeless people outside upon arriving and entire stay. No front receptionist person at the front to ask questions to or request clarification for things. When using the phone line to ring the front desk, again no one answered. Roaches in the room. People fighting in other rooms and causing a disturbance. Fire alarms going off twice during the four night stay in the middle of the night. I will never be recommending another guest to stay here ever again. I had to write a review on google so that people can know how terrible this place was and not have the embarrassment of staying here or recommending family members to stay here like I did.

Do not recommend. It’s dirty, there are bugs in the rooms. I killed at least 9 bugs in my 2 day stay. My remote for my tv didn’t work, and it took a whole 24 hours for maintenance to come and switch out my remote which he claimed “the maids know this is the wrong remote. They’re stupid down there.” Not to mention my allergies. I’ve never stayed in a hotel and had horrible allergies. They have dust mites or something. I literally couldn’t not wait to check out. Horrible experience.

I have been staying here for 6 months. The employee is great. The whole staff are great, friendly and professional! I Notice that they don't get appreciate from the tenants that live or checking in for day or months they give them hard times tenants are rude Disrespectful to staff. Housekeepers are awesome as well. It's a pleasure staying here. Thank you all! It was great overall.

Don’t expect to get any sleep in this place. The motion detector lights turn on randomly 5x throughout the night and for some reason the fire alarm has been going off every night almost. 3 out of 4 nights in a row woken up by false fire alarms. One at 12am another at 3am and this time at 6am. At this point every night I’ve had no sleep. A refund is necessary at this point.

If there was a lower rating I would give it. The Office opens at 9 am and closes early, so forget checking out early or in late. Calling the SMALL room a suite is a joke, it is a SMALL ROOM that they squeezed a refrigerator, microwave, and cooktop into. I tried to phone the office for 2 hours before I arrived to find out their hours, and they NEVER answered the telephone! When checking in I inquired as to why the telephone was not being answered. The gal at the desk responded that she was the only one working and she must have been upstairs doing something. When checking in I was told the room is nonsmoking and if they found that I had smoked they would fine me $250. I do not smoke and never smoked. I found the chair in the room had two burn marks on it as did the plastic bathtub! I notified the gal at the desk of the damage. The bathroom mirror had two sections where the silvering had worn off! Someone had previously made a hole in the wall of the room which was very inexpertly "patched". I was under the impression that breakfast was included ( coffee & muffin) I found a sign taped to the plexiglass in front of the clerk informing me that this location no longer served breakfast. The clerk let me know that the OTHER Extended Stay locations in the area did serve breakfast, but this location had discontinued it.

1 star is unacceptable. -10 more appropriate Do not stay here! I have water coming out from the bathroom. I disclose this with the front desk agent. She stated to me good luck. Here's the corporate number! Just got back and spoke with Jay the general manager. He is stating to me that I am liable because I kicked the toilet, and somehow he's got two other people that witness this. The water was coming out from the water valve behind the toilet! There was no witness on this. If I kick that toilet that toilet would not be there anymore. It was no damage to the toilet on my videos and pictures that are provided on google. I was the only individual in that room. What a joke is this place. I'm threatened by the this manager who should not be the general. Any upkeep on this hotel has not been done. So if they're going to blame you for something that has been happening now for months. Get ready. The next picture is on the room I transferred to 334, came in with a piss stain on the bedding he'll probably charge me for this too. Don't ever stay in this, cockroach, rats(dead outside around the building), water leakage hotel.. absolute disgrace on customer service. And then they're going to blame me for a water leakage on this. Jay Javid should not be running this hotel. It is quite evident on reviews. On the mishandling that is quite evident. He should be fired immediately. Don't ever stay at this hotel! A complete catashaspre. Jay Javid, you are clearly unprofessional. Should be fired immediately. You're lying on your lack of professional accountability. Shame on you. Absolutely corporate is involved at this time. The Regional needs to be alerted on your mishandling. Any response not from corporate is unacceptable. Your response will be sorry you're working to make this better. I'm not buying it. You need to be honest, careful, your not providing a safe place to stay, and fired immediately. Reviews 3.1.

respectfully, terrible place to stay. we had roaches crawling over our bed. the fire alarm went off a thousand times in our sleep. the bathtub had hair from the guy before that decided to shave in there. id recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Staff members were TERRIFIC and very helpful. Rooms were clean and well kept. Prices were reasonable for an Extended Stay Hotel. Would highly recommend.

This is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Everything is the bare minimum,no service,no nothing. Bugs in our room.Low water pressure. The want us to pay extra for clean towels.We have to pay for the pots,pans,dishes etc. The elevator is creeky and pops with a little red like that reads communication failure.I reached out to the corporate office.The corporate guy says he cannot reach the manager at this hotel. They ignore his calls and emails.

The staff here is wonderful very courteous, very helpful and just plain nice the people they let stay here on the other hand and the big dogs that are in here and not taking care of is ridiculous. This is a nice place but you have to be very careful because of the people that have lived here for years which I don’t understand this is I’m going on my fourth year waiting for my home to be done. The roaches here are bad, but not in my room because I know how to get rid of them. I don’t leave food out I don’t leave things dirty and I also spray mint all around the room roaches seem to hate, the smell of mint do spiders and it is proven. I have done it many times.
