Worse chick-fil-a I’ve been! This one is not about customer service like the other ones, not a smile or welcoming… I gave this review because my fries twice already look like the left overs : ( very sad

This is an excellent Chick-fil-A. When the mall is really busy, they out two people with ipad on the line so you can order that way. Staff is friendly and the most efficient I’ve seen. If I ever need employees in the future, I’m poaching them. Chick-fil-A has the best chicken nuggets I’ve ever had. I also got a sandwich without bread, which they double checked with me before serving it. Iced tea is the beat of any chain. The staff even came out into the mall to see if I need a refill in my beverage. Customer service is second to none.

Consistent product. Great value. But sadly, I must comment that the employees at this location spent more time talking amongst themselves, than helping customers. And that is just an honest observation. I waited 15 minutes for just a milkshake. Only one young lady was taking orders at a register. And when someone realized that I was going to pay with ca$H, immediately that was a problem. Clearly no management on site at this location. I did not hear any of the pleasantries in conversation that I've become accustomed to at other stores from employees. Probably just a sign of the times. But I always believed that good management and good training instilled good values in employees. I guess I was wrong. Still good food at a good price. You should visit when in the mall!

I recently ordered a chicken sandwich meal from Chick-fil-A through the drive thru. The service was very fast and efficient. My order was ready in just a few minutes, and the cashier was friendly and helpful. The chicken sandwich was delicious. The chicken was perfectly cooked and juicy, and the breading was crispy and flavorful. The pickles added a nice touch of acidity, and the mayonnaise was creamy and smooth. The fries were also good. They were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They were perfectly salted, and they didn't taste greasy at all. Overall, I had a great experience at Chick-fil-A. The food was delicious, the service was fast and friendly, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Hear me out. I know most people are going to chick-fill-a for the chicken sandwich but today i wanted something healthier so i purchased a salad. The Market salad was terrible, the chicken was slimy and the lettuce was withering. This Mall has zero healthy options and that remains a fact since chick-fil-a salads are a no go. What makes it worse is the salads cost more than the sandwich and doesn’t come with a drink or fries.

Drive through was only taking orders in one line waited 20 minutes for someone to go to my car

The chick-fil-a overall is a good place to eat but the gentleman called Ryan is extremely bland and doesn’t exactly listen when you are ordering, my personal opinion he doesn’t demonstrate that chick-fil-a service, not a bad guy though

Had a great experience at this location very friendly & informative workers, i’d like to shout out julian for being helpful with my order & assuring me that i’d get my food on time! p.s i thought she was really pretty as well so i’ll leave my ig right here:) @jackboijet

Slightly Undercooked chicken and soggy fries .

They need like a third line here the food is great it's just so slow getting your food not their fault they're just super busy because their food is super good!

Awful curbside pickup experience, chicken tenders served on an open box with all sauces containers thrown on top. Dirty soda cups.

Today, it took over 10 minutes to get a grilled club sandwich. When I asked about my sandwich, I was told it was being made. Okay, no problem, but after 10 minutes when I inquired again because quite honestly I needed to leave, the girl looked bothered & rolled her eyes at me. I have been going to Chick-Fil-A for years and never once have I encountered rude behavior. I was very disappointed.

The food was amazing. The service was amazing. Also, the atmosphere was good. One of the better Chick-fil-A I've been to in Florida. I got the chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese and it was perfect. The bacon was crispy but not too crispy. The cheese was melted perfectly, and the chicken was cooked to perfection. The service was amazing. I was struggling to order and the guy who took my order Ryan was amazing in being patient and helping me. He was polite and respectful to me for the whole experience. He even went out of his way to give my sauces when I forgot them. Not only him but the whole team in front was nice. I was watching them clean and take care of the guests with respect. I will be coming back. 10/10
