Such a great date night. I want to give a big THANK YOU to our waitress DIAMOND!! She was the best waitress we ever had! We will be back and asking for Diamond!!

To me this place is a nice, interesting, one time experience. The atmosphere is special, the food is plentiful, the entire journey is fun but in the end the whole meal is just pieces of bread, common vegetables (cauliflower, carrots, broccoli)/ meat / fruits, deeped in cheese sauce / broth / chocolate sauce for a lot of money. I am happy we've done it but I doubt we will return. On the bright side, Ashley, the server, was very nice and accommodating.

We come every year on our anniversary and valentines and today Rachel was amazing, she was so attentive and made sure that we were taken care of. She also is great at making conversation, it was a pleasure to eat here again!

It is nice in here like the other locations with the lighting and curtains and pa bar too. Celebrated our 3 years together here because babe had never been here before. Our server was Windoll and he did great!

I used to go to the Melting Pot when it first opened, and I found out that now the portions are much smaller. The recommended broths were not very good. I would recommend just going with a regular vegetable broth if you want to taste the meat and all the sauces that come with it. The dessert was really good. We ordered the candy medley. Prices are very high, so be prepared to dish out a lot of cash. The service was excellent, and the salad dressings should be bottled in stores (so good)!

Came to melting pot for the first time with my honey! I will definitely be going back! Nice warm romantic ambiance. Quality food! With an interactive experience. Very attentive, and courteous staff. Can’t wait to go back. Just make sure you come hungry! The 4 courses is the best! Big thanks to our server Zach who explained everything thoroughly.

I’m a first-timer at Melting Pot, and felt so welcomed. Our server, Kaitlin, was absolutely perfect. As people who didn’t know how hot pot worked, she was so kind showing us everything and giving us great recommendations for food and beverages. Her service felt like speaking with a long lost friend, and she really set the vibe for the night! The food was absolutely amazing, the booth is so intimate and perfect for date nights. In one night, this became my favorite restaurant, and I will definitely be coming back. Such a magical birthday experience for me.

It was so much fun, definitely a great place to go on date night or with a group of friends. The food was excellent and the waitress was so professional and knowledgeable about food allergies. She brought me special plates of gluten-free breads and brownies. Will absolutely be coming back!

Came in for date night and had the best night of my life. Our Server Rachel was the sweetest and most attentive person i’ve ever met. She gave great recommendations and genuinely cared how we enjoyed our courses. 10/10 experience, and having the most amazing service made it a perfect night out. Definitely try the white chocolate, you won’t regret!

It was an excellent experience! Charlie walked us 1st timers through the whole night. He made recommendations and explained his recommendations. I even had the option of surprising my wife with roses and rose petals on the table. It was an excellent date night!

My husband and I had an excellent experience with our server Kayla G at dinner tonight. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure all our needs were met throughout the meal. The service was prompt, and she went above and beyond to make our dining experience enjoyable. I highly recommend The Melting Pot service and would gladly return to dine with them again in the future.

Our server was Rachel and she was amazing! She helped us if we had any questions. She was very patient and nice. She always greeted us with a smile whenever she checked in on us and was very personable. The food was great! I always get the garlic pepper steak and it’s so good.

Thank you Wendell for a wonderful anniversary dinner. Wendell provided exemplary customer service. The rest of the team helped each other out and were so kind to even though they were not assigned our table. Our first experience was awesome all due to the amazing customer service from Wendell and his team. We will definitely be back. I wish all restaurants had this level of customer service. I usually hate beer cheese but Wendell recommended it, and I was shocked at how tasty it was. All his recommendations were spot on and we are picky people when it comes to restaurants.

We had such an amazing time !I have been wanting to come here for years. We decided to make a reservation for my birthday dinner . The staff and experience went above and beyond my expectations. Julie was the best ! She helped make our dinner feel so magical and walked us through the whole process . She even offered to take our picture so we could remember our night forever . I would highly recommend to any one considering The Melting Pot.

First time here at the Melting Pot and out server Rachel was so awesome. She explained everything perfectly and made our night so special by even adding rose pedals at our booth for our night. We will definitely be coming back and the food was A+!!!!

We had a group of 20 for a wedding party. It was a great experience! They were efficient with the switching of the courses. Each course was very good. I really liked their Caesar salad. Overall, it was a really good experience!

Wendell was the best and truly made our dining experience exceptional! This is such a great date night location especially for Thursdate! I highly recommend and request Wendell as your server for a great experience and some laughs.

From the moment I called- to the time I finished my meal, The service was as expected. Great that you take customers phone numbers, so it’s a more personal experience, and comes in handy when you lose your card. Servers are outstanding. I can’t believe in florida I had a better experience than a lot of places over seas or in nyc. Patrick is the true flowing robes, the grace.

We absolutely love this place it’s a great experience, Rachel was awesome her service was amazing i’ve never felt so comfortable eating at a restaurant i felt like i always talking to a good friend the whole time. We’re definitely coming back and asking for her also the bigger night out for two on the grill is a must have we’ve had the mojo before and didn’t enjoy it that much but this time everything was amazing and i would definitely recommend coming here for your birthday, once again rachel was amazing!!! We loved her energy so much we’ll be back again just to see her lol:)❤️

Everything from the bread and cheese to the dessert was a m a z i n g. My blackberry lemonade was so good! The s’mores were delicious and the different variety of the dessert & fruit to dip in the chocolate was off the hook. This was my first time and I would definitely come back. My waiter was attentive as well !!

My daughter and future son-in-law took us mothers here for Mother's day and it was a great experience. Our server Luka was very entertaining and made me very comfortable since this was my first time and I had no clue what to do. We all enjoyed the learning process and had a ball doing so.

Date night was wonderful. Great staff even had a few jokes. Gotta come back soon. The real rose petals were a really nice touch.

Our server was Wendell and he was an absolute pleasure.. he was so nice and attentive and explained everything in detail on how we needed to prepare our food. Staff at door was nice could've smiled a little more but regardless it was awesome.! Thanks again Wendell for making my mom's birthday and our night. A solid go to place when celebrating a special event or moment. Well trained staff that were hospitable but not overbearing.

Came to this melting pot location for dessert. They refused to sit us because they wanted to close early when they still had hours before they even had to close. The manager and hostess were so unprofessional. They don’t care about costumer service at all. Would not recommend this location. Avoid at all cost. I would enjoy a local spot rather than this place.

Update. Ended up being a party of 12. I wasn't happy that we were limited to what we could order. I still really don't understand why, but other than that, the evening was fabulous. Everyone was thrilled with their dinner, we had more than enough to eat...most of us brought leftovers home. Wait staff was very responsive and we were done in about 2 hours. For large parties, ordering ahead of time worked out really well. I just think limiting the choices needs to be re-evaluated.

It was our first time there. We had a bit of a shake start because the option we chose (grilling) wasn't working out so great. They were super attentive and did everything they could to make it right by us including getting us a bigger table with 2 cooktops and we had an awesome night. Pricey but a great experience.

Had a wonderful meal with the best service I have ever had. If I could give 100 stars I would. Don’t miss out on this unique & wonderful restaurant. One thing I did not know is they have a great happy hour menu as well. I will be going back.
