Honestly the best curry chicken roti I’ve had. Went back 2x in a day, it’s that good. The polurie with tamarind sauce is phenomenal. Best trini food I’ve had, very friendly people and atmosphere.

I sent them directly to you guys. The food was an absolute hit and it served about 10 people comfortably. That’s a really good deal for a couple hundred dollars. Super happy. Had to update. A lot of people want to make sure to tell the bad in reviews but these guys deserve all the clout.

The service is great… but the food is real authentic Trinidadian food . so let’s talk about the portion of the food. Make sure you come on an empty stomach because you cannot finish it you’re gonna have to wrap it up and take it with you. That’s all I have to say so try it out it’s real good stuff..

It’s about time!!! Being an ex New Yorker one of the things I miss the most was my roti shops. I used to drive all the way down to Ft Lauderdale for an Ok doubles and greasy aloo pie. So when I heard about Calypso Cuisine I rushed over to try it and I am so glad I did. Excellent food and service!!! And here’s the best part they had a roti shop before, that’s right, in New York. Check it out, you won’t be disappointed.

This Saturday, we had the pleasure of dining at Calypso Cuisine for the 1st time. My friends and i just completed a very rigorous workout. It was four of us in total. We specifically saved our appetite for after our workout. OMG! I'm so glad that we did. The food at Calypso Cuisine was amazing! We were able to savor every bite of the curry chiicken roti w/the works, the oxtails w/ peas & rice, curry goat roti, saheena with chana, and doubles. We topped off our wonderful meal with an order of current rolls. We took some time to order because we were so indecisive as to what dish to order. Everything on the menu sounded so appetizing. Auntie, in the kitchen and her niece taking orders in the front were extremely patient, gracious, and very friendly. For the most part, we dined in for most of our meal. Honestly, everything was absolutely delicious! So, if you happen to be in the Fort Pierce area or are just passing through, I highly recommend stopping by Calypso Cuisine. It is definitely worth the trip.

The food is amazing!!! The curry shimp and stew oxtail was excellent. The lady there is really sweet. And for the amout of food we got, the price was really reasonable. Definitely a place everybody should check out!

The best buss up shot, shark and bake, doubles Bake and salt dish. If you like West Indian food please go here. Aunty at the front is super accommodating and thoughtful. She looked out for twin boys making sure not too much pepper. Thank You Aunty for such good food

Calypso Cuisine serves up some serious flavor in genuine, delicious, Trinidad & Tobago food. I've tried many places that supposedly sell Trinidad food, and Calypso cuisine gets my vote for taste and service. Even though it's a little bit tucked away in Fort Pierce, the food is so good it should not be kept a secret. I highly recommend them.

The food is extraordinary. Just like my grandma's cooking. Everything is made to order and extremely fresh. Best place to get west Indian food in the treasure coast!!

This place may look like a hole in the wall, but the owners are so wonderful, warm, and hospitable. We felt right at home. Like we knew them for a long time. We were super excited to find a halal resturant in Ft. Pierce, FL. It was our first time here, and it was a great experience that we enjoyed with our kids. We had never tried Trinidadian food before, and the chef was a super sweet lady who is passionate about her art (cooking), and she prepared delicious dishes for us. Goat and chicken curry were a great option and the Roti was amazing, hot and fresh. Thank you and your son for the beautiful experience and your wonderful generosity for giving us mangos. Our girls loved them and can’t wait to dig their teeth in them 🙂 Definitely, one of the places we would love to come back to dine if we come back visit again😊

As a Jamaican I was delighted to hear that a Trinidadian restaurant had opened in Fort Pierce.. First visit I was hooked.. and since it's been my go to place.. Food never dissapoints. Casual dining is usually met with other Caribbean people on the weekend which makes for lively conversations. When you meet the approval of Trinidadians it's obviously good! Look forward to when they are opened all week.

Food is amazing, authentic and straight from the Caribbean. The people treat you like family and the servings are huge for the price. As an islander, I can say they are one of the best Roti shops in the states. If you have a problem with them, it’s you not them lol

The moment I walked in it I got greeted by a huge garbage can. The place is small and looks a little dirty. The person who took the order is nice. But the atmosphere is not welcoming. Electrical wires exposed all over the ceiling.. large open trash can positioned right where you order food and where people are sitting. I was turned off and didn’t order anything. Walked out

I can't complain. They definitely treat you well, and the food is fresh and made to order which is great. I wouldn't mind listening to some old school soca while we are waiting for the food.

Ate here with my neighbors and friends today -- it was delicious! We had various people from the Caribbean (the Bahamas, Jamaica, Trinidad) at our table; everyone said they missed home after eating here. Calypso Cuisine is authentic to Trinidad -- the doubles and roti were SOOO good. The owners and employees are incredibly kind. When you go, don't forget to have a Careb beer or shandy too!

We visited this place today. Let's say firstly we were greeted by a nice young lady, so pleasant with a smile, great service as well. Great Trini cuisine finally v for this area!! Food portions were generous and tasty. Will definitely be back and so happy we found this little place today. Hubby loved his Shark and Bake, I had the Chinese special. It was great! Thank you!! 😊

So delicious - loved the chicken roti and also had tasty doubles with goat curry. Yummm! Highly recommend it. Guava and pineapple juice goes great with it too!

The food is INCREDIBLE!! I picked up my order and as soon as I got home to eat I called to let them know how great the food was but some guy answered the phone and he just hung up in my face when I was just trying to leave a good review. Other than that rude guy, the food was amazing and the lady there was super sweet!
