Jessie is amazing! The best experience I've had in the last 5yrs Sydney. She is so knowledgeable and knows exactly what needs to be done for the customer. Everytime I went there she put so much care and attention into making sure I was happy with the hair. The products also are so good 👍🏻 After using this for a month my dry hair has gone!

Angela and the other lovely lady (missed her name!) Were absolutely fantastic. Personally recommend the scalp therapy, just one treatment did WONDERS for my scalp. Angela really knows her stuff and is super friendly. Loved their work, I'm definitely going back!

Angela gave me an honest consultation and genuinely spent so much time and effort trying to perfect my hair and installing my hair extensions. Unforgettable experience - can’t believe I’m only just discovering this amazing & gorgeous salon! I got half head foils and I’m in awe with my hair. I came in recently for K hair extensions and could not be happier with my results! Angela is so incredibly kind and thoughtful. She was able to capture exactly what I wanted and the outcome is more beautiful than I could have ever thought! 💓 The extensions are super comfortable and lightweight but have added so much to my hair and my confidence! Had a great experience getting my haircut with Irene. The place is clean and tidy, and Irene was able to give lots of tips on my hair style and advice on dying my hair. We discussed redness on my scalp as I have sensitive skin and she went above and beyond to show me live images with a fancy gadget. Really appreciated that!

I had a very good experience at BTS whilst getting their hair spa treatment, very professional service. The headspa includes little head massage which was very relaxing and the atmosphere and staff are so friendly, making you feel welcomed. I AM OBSESSED WITH MY HAIR EXTENSIONS. I have never considered getting hair extensions because I’ve heard that the normal glue/tape hair extensions really damage your hair…. Until I was introduced to K Hair extensions. Angela was so patient and great at explaining and answering all my questions during our consultation. It made me so excited I immediately booked an appointment to get my hair done asap! Angela and her team was wonderful! They made me feel so welcome and comfortable throughout the whole process. Irene was so quick at dyeing my hair and the colour look amazing and perfectly matched the hair extensions, despite that my hair before was a random different colour. Angela also gave me a lot of tips on how to style my hair and I could feel her genuineness and care for my hair as it was very damaged from previous bleaching. I can say that this was my favourite hair salon experience so far. Everything was amazing and I’m keen to come back again for retouch. I feel so confident with my new hair.

I’m in love with my new k-hair extensions, from the length to the colouring and the styles. My hair is light and beautiful just the way I’m imagining it. I don’t have any worries of showing the extensions tips when I tied or even style up my hair. This is the best hair extensions experience I have so far. I booked for an appointment here last month with Jury. Upon arriving they asked what I wanted to do, the style, color and presented me with options available. And even though the whole process took longer than expected (even exceeded after hours) I didn't feel rushed. They even offered coffee and snacks while treatment is being done. Overall, I was happy with the outcome plus the service I got was amazing. I would recommend going to BTS!
