Had a terrible experience! Please don't fall for the introductory $99 voucher, staff is very inexperienced. First time when I had treatment the therapist did very poor job, facial done in 5 minutes, massage not more than 5 minutes, felt like being wrapped by the hot towels for the whole time. Complained and it took them two weeks to come back to me and still they were not sorry for the treatment, I told them that I will go ahead and make formal complain than they offered me half an hour facial and massage but still didn't feel like the treatment was done by the experienced staff, cold hands for massage. Don't recommend this salon to anyone! Please be cautious of what you are $$ spending.

Fabulous service! After 3 months locked up due to the pandemic it was great to get out and feel human again, my therapist was lovely, explained everything and what to expect post treatment (I’ve never had a peel before). Spa was immaculate and overall very relaxing. Counting down the days till my next treatment... my sister is coming along to the next one for her own little TLC day!

Keegan is an amazing therapist. She's so enthusiastic about great skin and getting results whilst also being very honest. She also gives amazing treatments and makes you feel so special. Can't wait for next month's facial!

Received a $200 gift voucher for my birthday last year, my 2 hour facial went for just over 1 hour, massage was 6 minutes, left me under steam for 20 minutes! Ive had hundreds of facials over the years and this was the worst ever. Called the salon manager twice - didn't call back, FB messaged twice - didn't respond, emailed twice - didn't respond. Do yourself a favour and don't was your time or money. The attitude of the staff was rude and unprofessional. If I could give 0 stars i would.

Typical chain store. Run by very young under experienced staff. Had a brow and lip wax, she missed lots of hair, took nearly 30 mins for such an average job and was $60. Have been a few times and it’s always a poor job. Absolutely ridiculous price for something my teenage daughter could do better at.

I had the absolute pleasure of having an all body massage by the beautiful Keegan a couple of weeks back. I arrived stressed and left on cloud 9. I would not hesitate recommending Urban Spa to my friends and family. Keegan you are so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. You my dear are in the right profession. God bless those amazing hands of yours. All of life’s stresses melted away the moment you massaged me. I must visit again! I owe myself that much. 👍

Amelia was friendly and easy to share my skin concern with. Urban Spa is always extremely clean, with a beautiful aroma and calming music. The beauty room beds are A plus for hygiene and cleanliness. I have been coming here on and off for over 10 years, and the staff love helping customers.

Microdermabrasion- advertised 30 mins finished in 20mins charged 154 was super expensive and forgot to do the nose part … not that great experience. Therapist was nice but not full treatment

Lovely. Rejuvenation package was fantastic. Girls were super lovely. There was this girl if i rember correctly Sophie she was so caring and attentive. If you want to leave relaxed go for their back and foot message,you will not regret.

I have my monthly facials with the spa manager herself and it’s always so heavenly. Ainsley is always professional, consistent and takes the utmost care of me when I’m there. My skin looks and feels incredible and I owe my new found confidence to her and her extensive knowledge of everything to do with skin and products.

I had the most lovely experience with Liz, she took the time to consult me about my skin concerns and was able to tailor my facial to them prior to the treatment. I didn’t feel judged by any of the therapists like I usually do at other salons. It was a lovely relaxing experience and i have also noticed a difference in my skin. The Harmony rose mask is my favourite product, Will definitely be rebooking !!

I've been going to Urban Spa Castle Hill for many years now. I've had lots of different treatments but I have a regular plan based around micros, skin needling, LED light therapy and RF therapy. The therapists are highly knowledgeable and skilled. I always leave feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. I especially love the massage techniques used throughout the treatments, like a hand massage during LED light therapy. I also use Urban Spa skincare, exclusively, and I love that it's Australian ingredients and Australian made. I always get compliments on my skin and plan to continue my treatments at Urban Spa for years to come.

Overall- salon is clean and the staff are friendly. Although, I had received a voucher for the top of the line facial and spent most of it face down getting a back massage. I was then told that my skin was de-hydrated and was recommended the Hydro Peel which I was told by the beautician it was $56. Ended up getting roped in to buy some additional products which was a ‘ buy 3 get one free’ only to realise when I walked out nearly paying an extra $400 on top of the voucher I had- that the peel was actually $156. Overall friendly staff and lovely salon but they really push you to get additional services that are definitely not needed.

Since my first impression of Urban Spa was that it was clean, polished and pretty I had high expectations. However while my therapist was lovely, the treatment itself was below average. For a similar price I've been to salons with more skilled clinicians and better results.

I had an appointment in Urban Spa this week to do a birthday package and it was amazing. It was very relaxing, nice music, everything was clean and smells nice. By the end of the treatment I felt very relaxed and refreshed. It was the best present I got so far.

I purchased the Serenity Spa facial voucher on a discounted price of $89. Totally loved the treatment. Massage and facial was very relaxing and felt really good afterwards. Noticed a nice glow on my face too.

All of the staff here are really lovely and I have enjoyed my facials very much! However when I pay for an hour service I expect to receive an hour service, but I was walking out of there 47 minutes later. I booked the Heavenly facial and the facial was great - however I did not receive the foot scrub, hot stones, hand, scalp or foot massage. Bit disappointed.

Would totally recommend Urban Spa for all your facial needs, they have so many different options to target you skin care concerns. The girls at Castle Hill are lovely and always greet you with beautiful smiles.

Massage and facial were amazing! My only issue was I asked to not wax off a lot of my eyebrow hair and yet I came out of there with them significantly thinner and quite uneven which honestly really upsets me because I even mentioned how I overplucked my eyebrows previously and didn’t want that to happen again. Also I started the treatments at 1:50 and left at 3:45 so while it was close there wasn’t a full usage of the 2hr time - there was also periods of time when I was laying there with a mask on and nothing else was happening which was slightly disappointing. Overall it was nice and relaxing just make sure your super specific with what you want cause I’m really kicking myself about my eyebrows.

Had a wonderful 2 hour facial & massage with therapist Aayliah. Aayliah was friendly and warm, and spoke just the right amount throughout my treatments. She recommended suitable products for me without being too pushy. I felt in good care and her massage was amazing! I recommend Aayliah to all.

I had a facial, the service is really good my skins feels so plump, fresh and hydrated. Been coming for 3 times and will continue coming monthly as i see and feel the benefits to my skin!

Had a serenity facial today. Therapist was lovely but was overall very disappointed with the treatment. Firstly it was only 55 mins long , started at 9.05am finished at 10am, when the treatment was advertised for 75 mins. 20 mins of the treatment was spent doing an eyebrow wax & tint. Massage of the neck, back and shoulders was no more than 5 mins. There was no hand or scalp massage. Lots of creams applied no steam or anything. When I came out of the treatment the therapist said my treatment came to $270. There was no discussion in the consultation chat about any extra costs. I was floored and said but I booked for a serenity facial @ $169. Was absolutely flabbergasted. The facial was not worth $169 (which I did end up paying) let alone $270. Overall really disappointing experience and to top it off was a special treat to myself for my birthday.

My therapist was amazing, applied just the perfect pressure for the massage. She was knowledgeable about my skin needs. Will definitely be going back to her.

Beautiful space with beautiful treatments. The rooms were nice and warm for a cold winters night and the staff were lovely. I had the micro facial and will be returning in 2 weeks for a hydro facial. Loved being advised on what skin treatments to I should follow up with and as well what treatment plan I should have prior to my wedding!

Have never had a bad experience at this salon. Yesterday had a back massage, hydro microdermabrasion and glycolic peel with Sheridan. Pure bliss. Their packages are excellent value.
