I’m
giving

stars
because
my
nails
came
out
pretty
decent.
The
service
could
have
been
way
better.
I
didn’t
get
the
name
of
the
tech
that
did
my
nails,
but
her
station
is
towards
the
back
on
the
left
hand
side.
I
was
greeted
when
I
came
in,
but
when
it
was
time
to
get
my
nails
done,
my
tech
barely
spoke
to
me.
Once
I
picked
out
my
nail
color,
she
just
started
walking,
not
motioning
me
to
follow
or
telling
me
to
follow
her.
When
she
did
my
manicure,
she
barely
spoke
to
me.
She
kept
passive
aggressively
moving
my
arm,
hands
and
fingers
for
her
convenience
instead
of
just
communicating
to
me
what
she
wanted
me
to
do
(“Relax
your
arm,”
“Move
your
finger
to
the
left,”
etc.).
She
had
no
issue
speaking
and
laughing
with
her
fellow
workers
though,
so
I
knew
she
wasn’t
having
a
bad
day
nor
had
a
problem
with
speaking.
The
one
time
she
did
speak
to
me
was
to
ask
me
whether
I
wanted
round
or
square
nails
and
the
expression
on
her
face
shown
she
really
didn’t
want
to
ask.
She
acted
like
she
didn’t
even
want
to
do
my
nails.
I’m
not
sure
what
the
problem
was,
but
I
will
not
be
returning
here.
Clearly
they
don’t
care
about
my
dollars.
Edit:
I’m
giving
one
star
because
literally
two
hours
after
I
got
my
nails
done,
they
started
bubbling
and
are
peeling,
and
I
have
to
work
in
the
morning.
What
a
waste
of
$52!
And
I’m
just
now
seeing
their
website
description
for
their
manicure,
and
I
got
the
most
basic
customer
service.
What
a
scam!
