I have never givena 1 star review in my life, but this was a terrible customer experience. My 8am appointment for a cleaning started with a 30 minute wait to be roomed in a chaotic and dirty (see carpet picture) waiting room during which time only 1 person was roomed. Then I got x-rays (with no lead apron) and was told I'd need to wait to see the dentist before my cleaning could begin. 20 minutes later I was told the dentist is usually in "around 9" and I can reschedule if that is inconvenient. Why did I have an 8am appointment if I can't get care until after 9? As I had already 50 minutes invested, I decided to wait until 10 after. At 9:08 I got to see the dentist who approved of my cleaning and then moved me to another area because the roof was leaking where I was. Picture of damaged wall and chair were from room #2. I waited another 10 minutes for the cleaning (which was performed with no paper bib so my shirt was getting sprayed the whole time) which took like 7 minutes. They did offer to make me another appointment in 6 months. I declined.

I've been going here for years and have had successful procedures like having both of my wisdom teeth removed and some other work done. The doctor did a great job. I'm giving a two-star rating because of scheduling issues and the last couple routine cleanings I've had. I went in for one and they had several people scheduled to come in before they had even arrived to open the facility which caused some people to sit in the lot for up to an hour and that's not the first time that has occurred. I also felt like I wasted my time going because the only thing they did was polish my teeth and sent me on my way. I can brush my own teeth at home. They didn't go in and try to remove any tarter or other build up that was possibly there. Just an overall poor job. Very disappointing and it makes me understand why people are having dental problems. With that being said, the quality of this place fluctuates so it may be worth your while, or it may not.

Showed up 2x to the dentist having “called out” and no one called to cancel and/or reschedule appointment. Yesterday get a text to confirm appointment for today by replying yes, I did so. This morning I call to make sure the dentist is there before I lose more time at work. They say yes dentist is in but you never confirmed your appointment so we have it to someone else. Then they text me that I can come in at 3pm. I reply no I will be there at my 1pm appointment. They say okay. Get there, no one seems to know what’s going on then tell us there is nothing they can do for us. I said I specifically asked when I made the first appointment 2 months ago if you do these services and take this insurance. Their response, yeah well that was probably the call center that’s in a different state. What a joke. Also tissues laying on seats in waiting area and some kind of debri all over the back hallway floor through the exam rooms.

Horrible!! My daughter had an appointment at 2:30. We arrived at 2pm. The receptionist says well we’re not seeing anyone at the moment, our system is down. Okkkk… so when we’re you going to notify patients that you won’t be able to take them? You didn’t start having issues when I walked in the door. Clearly, it’s been ongoing. Not once did she offer to take a name a number to reschedule or anything!! I would never go here. Customer service shouldn’t be this bad.

I took my husband in to get a bridge placed back in. I attend appointments with him because he is blind, needs my assistance. I myself am in serious healthcare treatment so sitting for long periods of time is painful. We drove a long distance as they were one of the only dentists, that take our plan. They said they would get his treatment plan prepared, didn’t happen. Then said they had to get authorization to put the bridge back in, never happened. Then just told us well we will call you , you’re free to go. What? Seriously? We were there for almost 2 hours, for literally nothing. We gave the insurance information way in advance for authorization, this should have been prepared prior to us driving miles, for nothing. We have not even received a call back regarding the authorization. Just unbelievable. We had a very bad experience at this office. *** I just read another review from another patient looks like the same day my husband was seen in this office. Same thing the cleaning was not a cleaning, it was a polishing ** Exact same thing happened to my husband, polished his teeth and sent us on our way! WTH ?

I will not recommend this place to anyone I drove there to get teeth looked at my appointment was at 2 and didn't get seen till 230 245 and then waited for the dentist to come in he didn't even look 5 mins in my mouth and said you'll need a crown but we don't do those and you'll have to call insurance company I was livid. But yet it says on their website that they do do crowns and that they took meridian. So I left and went somewhere else who takes meridian and got me in much quicker. So save your gas and time and go somewhere else

I have an second appointment set up for 8:30 to get a filling. They had me wait till 915 and then told me that they could not see me because my insurance didn’t go through. I’ve asked if this was something that should’ve been done prior to the appointment and they said yes. I waited weeks for this appointment and then got turned down. They said the next availability was in months. This is not OK. I strongly suggest not to go here. They judge you at the office desk and it’s not a comfortable place to be at.

I'm giving 4 stars because of the poor girls in the office, the main issues with appointments here is because of the call center!!!!! They do not confirm these appointments with the office they are scheduling you with, and do not schedule them correctly. They currently have 1 dentist for both locations! The call center doesn't care nor do they make sure these appointments are available in that office before they are scheduled. Idk why it's so bad with this location in particular either? University doesn't seem to have as much of the same issues but never the less the call center MUST GO!!!! I never did get my appointment rescheduled due to dealing with the call center of their error which they still wouldn't admit to. I asked to talk to a supervisor and they sent me to the office of this location! That's okay I got the call centers supervisors number from the office manager here. Still waiting to hear from them.
