I absolutely love this place! Every single time I've been there I've gotten exactly what I asked for! Everything they do is so pretty!

They do a really great job. And I've been going there for almost 12 years. But the last 3 times I have been there I have had appointment times they've taken other people in front of me, and then my appointments have been starting later and later all the time. First time it was 15 minutes, and then it was half an hour later and the last time it was 45 minutes later. So you've lost a good customer and I really hate leaving I'm a very busy person and when I make an appointment I should get in

Booked this place for my 14 year old sister for a pedicure and they prioritized the white customers over her and ignored her for 20 minutes. They were rude to her and did not interact with her. Mind you, my sister is very friendly and polite, yet they completely ignored her and said nothing to her while interacting with the surrounding white customers. They then proceeded to over charge her with terrible service and even worse work. Absolutely would not recommend to black peers.

I wish that the salon would have informed me on the quality of what I was getting. They charged me$45 for nails to last only a couple of hours. The paint is chipping off and it only has been a day. Very upset. And when I had let them know that the paint was chipping the informed me that they could redo it but I would still be charge

After 10 years of getting my nails done, Metro Nails is my first choice. Everyone is very kind and takes great care of me. They have a wide selection of different types of polishes and accessories so they can create virtually any design you ask for. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
