One of my favorite places to eat! The service is always 100%, they're friendly, and they love their job! Always get the orders right every time and the barbecue sauce is my favorite out of all the restaurants around here!

Always good food and great service. The staff here actually come around to ask if you need anything (more sauce, drink refills, etc). They also have an indoor playhouse at this location. It is enclosed in a room by itself with all glass windows for easy viewing. We let our so play in the play area and sit right next to it so we can watch him play. They usually play WCIC on the speakers at a nice low volume. There is outdoor seating which is also a bonus for those days the weather is nice out.

Service was efficient. Good was hot and delicious All employees were wearing masks.

Hey, its chik- fil- a everday and thats all i got to say. Except sunday. East peoria location was busy like usual but the drive thru lanes moved quickly. I ordered online for curbside pickup and the young guy who brought our food out was smiling, spoke intelligently, and had an overall clean appearance. The food was as good as the service and ill definitely go back.

It was very good and I'm not usually a huge fan. Everyone in the place was extremely nice to customers young and old. It didn't come across as fake or forced just genuine customer service. Very impressed.

I was in the area for an appt and decided to try the restaurant. I have to say, I am disappointed. After all the hype, the chicken strip I got tasted burnt and not all that appealing. They left an aftertaste in my mouth. I guess if people like this, then thats fine. Nevertheless, I won't be returning anytime soon.

Chick-fil-a is always a great place to get a quick meal or snack! Love the breakfast burritos (w/ no hash-browns, haha)! My only critique is that it's disappointing to see corporate a couple years ago remove their Large Milkshake but still charge the "large" price tag. Haven't ordered a milkshake since.

Would give 0 stars if I could.. get off of a 12 hour shift at the hospital hoping to get a really good and quick meal.. but I ordered a salad, specifically asked for the alvocado lime ranch dressing, get home after a 10 minute drive and there’s no dressing at all.. and of course they’re almost to closing time and don’t answer their phones, because I was willing to drive across town to go get the dressing… pull out the large $6 fruit bowl and it’s not even half full, has 2 strawberries in it. Go to drink my lemonade, and there’s no ice in it, at all.

We stopped here at the start of our long drive home back to Virginia. After small talk with Alycce she gave each kid (2) a brownie, and offered me a coffee free of charge. Thank you Alycce for a great start to my morning. The drive through was quick and our food was delicious.

To be honest this place had well over 100 people (counting buses full of cheerleaders) in a 30 mins span and I still did not even wait 15 or 20 minutes for my food!! It was still there hot fresh and we dined in complete no mistakes as well as out of everyone I seen customer wise I seen no complaints from anyone no mad customers.. way to go you Chic FIL A. No including how amazing all of the staff was. The lady at those counter the lady I seem outside delivering food the gentleman walking around picking up. They had fast service, fast turn around , hot fresh food, friendly service. By far best chic FIL A I have even been to and I have traveled Over 7 states.. so 👍👍👍 .. we will be back! And the play place being opened was the extra extra bonus on top of the cookie!! Ill preface by saying I was here at busy lunch hour. Server was hard to understand....kept asking me how much cheese sauce I wanted even tho they dont have different sizes. Kids order was wrong and drink was not large size as order. Food was good as usual tho

Our family had lunch here. The grilled chicken sandwich, the waffle fries and cheese sauce were good. I also liked the cookies and cream shake. The workers usually get you a refill. I appreciate that. Our grandkids always like playing in the play area. They have fun.

It was really good. Service fast even on a busy day like when we went. I went with about 8 other people and they were so nice. I’ll be going back again. The only reason there was not 5 starts was because the bathrooms were not clean at all. But the rest of the place was very clean

I don't know what the owner/management is doing better compared to other fast food restaurants but whatever it is, they are doing it well. The food is always fresh and hot and the teenagers that work there provide excellent customer service. Peoria location is the same as well.

Chick-fil-A has a great grilled chicken sandwich and awesome chicken noodle soup! I have special dietary needs and these are perfect when you don’t want to deep-fried option. Everybody was friendly and the cashier gave us a free shake win they misheard me when I ordered. I had ordered a shake with they gave me a strawberry lemonade instead by mistake. They let me keep the lemonade and gave me a free shake. I appreciated the extra drink to make up for the loss of time in having to go back in and fix the order. It makes me want to come here more often. They take care of their customers!

Clean restaurant and restrooms. The food was great. The customer service was top notch. I was shocked they were playing secular music rather than instrumental or Christian based music. We had a nice time and enjoyed our visit.

We hit it right at lunch time, wow were they busy. The drive thru had at least 30 cars in line with chick-fil-a staff outside processing orders quickly. Inside the.line move quickly and I placed my order within a couple of minutes. The crew seemed to be very well trained and organized. I don't know who the manager on duty was but things really couldn't have been running any smoother. The store was clean and well stocked, trash cans were empty. I sat at a booth that was clean and comfortable. My order was brought to my table within just a few minutes.....amazing considering how very busy they were, again my complements to the management.

I'm a doordasher and just waited 15 minutes for an order paying no tip going 7 miles but my issue is that I waited for sweat tea to be brewed then when it was finally done another doordasher came in right before it was done the girl told him 1 minute for it to be done. Then she proceeds to go get the tea from the back and makes HIS tea for his order 1ST! THEN TELLS ME OH YOUR FOOD IS DONE. YES I KNOW IT WAS DONE 7 MINUTES BEFORE. So she hands HIM his order first! As I still have to stand there. So unprofessional uncustomer service like. Oh and my customer even had asked for extra things for no tip

The service is phenomenal. The chicken was rubbery and seemed as if it had sat under a warmer for quite some time. Pretty disappointed, honestly.

Grilled chicken club sandwich was exceptional. When our bag was delivered to our car, juice (a lot) leaked out all over my shirt. She took the bag back and repacked all three sandwiches, etc. But I still had a badly soiled shirt and car door. She was very apologetic, she saw how badly my $95 shirt was stained, but she must not have reported it when she took it back. Thought they could have thrown in a coupon or something since our order was almost $40, but not offered. I would have rated a 5 but service recovery was poor. Drive-through system is very good. We'll be back but will pay attention to the bag before accepting it!
