Been looking for a place that sells quiche and today I finally found it!!! Ordered 2 pieces and the bacon was much better seasoned and tastier than the Greek but I really enjoyed them both. Now I ordered delivery and it was out of my normal delivery zone so I paid $2.50 extra and each 1/4 slice is $7.50 so it is costly but I worth it to me! Hot as hell outside and this really hit the spot! Wish they had some fruit as a nice refreshing side..... UPDATE 7/28/22 Back again today and ordered my delicious quiches and also tried the kolaches. They were larger than expected and had an awesome sweet and savory taste. The part that made my day was that they were out of one of the flavors I ordered so they let me try 2 different flavors. I just love when owners and their staff go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction. This has just become my new all time favorite spot to eat!!!!

I enjoyed a delicious "grab and go" tuna melt at this wonderful establishment and I really appreciate the humanitarian work they do in their community!

Excellent! Highly recommended! I had the chicken salad and my husband had the soup and sandwich combo and tried the lovely lemon curd Kolaches. Both really enjoyed our lunches. We received a warm greeting and perfect service. Do visit Carroll's Kitchen!

I ordered the grilled cheese and Chicken Velvet soup... OMG, was it delicious. The grilled cheese was so cheesy and grilled perfectly. The soup was the best. I do not live in the area so I will have to learn how to recreate this dish. I need to have it again! Highly recommend this gem!

I ate Carroll's Kitchen and took it out during my lunch break. It was SO GOOD that I had to go back for my lunch break the next day. I got the broccoli cheddar soup (special item) and it was so warm, delicious, creamy, and homey. I also got a turkey brie sandwich to go with it which was perfectly made with delicious flavors. The take out is timely and they wrap it up with napkins and utensils so you can take it with you. Only con is it's a bit on the pricey side but considering the amazing mission and how good the food is, I have no problem splurging every once in a while on Carroll's Kitchen.

The food here is fantastic. My mom had the Turkey avocado sandwich and I had the pesto chicken sandwich. We both had a small bowl of tomato soup as well. Everything was flavorful and fresh. The tomato soup is the best I have ever had. It has a little hint of spice that warmed me up immediately. If I am in the area I will definitely come back again!

I wish I could give this caterer 100 stars. Their mission is amazing and their catering superb. I have used many caterers for various events and this experience ranks as the best. Our event was a rehearsal dinner attended by all ages, with some attendees desiring gluten free and/or vegan. The staff helped me pick the perfect menu and was flexible on changes as we changed the numbers of attendees. We settled on Pork Loin with 3-Mustard Sauce, Spaghetti Squash with Marinara, Roasted Autumn Vegetables, Caesar Salad, Kale Salad, Green Goddess Quiche and Southern Yeast Rolls. The guests helped themselves to second and third helpings and there were plenty of leftovers for the next day. Non-gluten free and non-vegan guests had multiple helpings of those menu items, they were so delicious. The cost was very reasonable. I am in awe of the owner's compassion, entrepreneurship skills, chef talents, and professionalism. To think that she has developed such a successful service business in line with fulfilling a critical social need is humbling. We don't live in the area; we were in Raleigh for our son's wedding. So it is a disappointment that we won't have many opportunities to support Carroll's Kitchen more often. We will give a donation instead. Thank you, Carroll's Kitchen!!!

This is a great place to get lunch. The dishes are made fresh and are delicious! My favorite is the Turkey Brie, but I haven't been disappointed with anything I've gotten. As far as their sides, I have had their Kale Salad, Potato Salad, and Bacon Potato Salad. All three are delicious, and I have a hard time deciding which I'm going to get each time. This is a very popular place around lunchtime, so there is frequently a line. Be prepared to wait for 10-15 minutes if you get there between 12 and 1. I try to get there at 11:20 or so to beat the crowd. That being said, it is absolutely worth the wait. I highly recommend giving Carroll's Kitchen a try.

Excellent bread for the kolaches (so soft!), and the flavors blend together well. The soups were very creamy and comforting! I will definitely find time to go again.

Best dangam tuna melt ive ever had in my life. This is probably the first food review I think I’ve ever written, it deserved it.

Great food, warm welcoming service, but I’m not a fan of how they ring up your items. They don’t give you a choice of having a side or not which forces you to pay 13$ for a combo with no drink. The food is great but very overpriced. I just want a chicken wrap.. chill out

My food was delicious and they accommodated my request to have their pesto chicken wrap made on Italian bread. Order was ready to pick up well within promised timeframe and staff authentically nice. Reserved curbside parking space so even during downtown lunch rush a breeze to pick up.

I ordered a catered lunch for our company (45 people)and the food was delivered on time, set up for us, and tasted amazing! There were great choices for our vegetarian staff and they included small name plates to show dietary info. for each dish. Many staff members complemented the food and appreciated that we are supporting such a great cause! We will definitely order from them again.

My office orders weekly catering from Carroll's Kitchen. They're reliable, easy to work with, and absolutely delicious. I'd definitely recommend them for corporate catering! You can't go wrong with the kolaches.
