Got an excellent V60 pour over, Ethiopian washed, which came out a little hot (which I like), but the flavors really came out after it cooled a little bit. Well brewed. Sweet baristas who were helpful with recommendations. A couple little tables outside on the sidewalk, but the indoor seating was beautiful and looked like a great place to read, work, or have a cute mellow coffee date. Airy and lots of wood. Def sensed a bit of queer vibes with the staff--it is close to the gay district after all :) Always love supporting a worker owned coop!

September/2020 The coffee here was delicious. I tried the honey bear latte and the honey bear cold brew. A bit more expensive because it's specialty coffee but I think worth it if you love coffee and having a nice treat that isn't too sweet :) the interiors are beautiful btw, would love to study here when covid restrictions are lifted. Would come again. March/2021 Since my last review, this coffee place has become my favorite in Sacramento. Their drinks quality is just top notch in my opinion. Pachamama definitely wins top latte I've had so far. Their seasonal stuff is just so cute and I can't wait to continually get coffee here. Updated review: June/2021 Dine in is open again! It's still really nice but about $7 for a large latte. Idk if its because it is a seasonal summer menu item or not.

Their gingerbread brulee with almond milk was very tasty. I have been to pachamama several times. Enjoy the open seating and art/images of Peru.

High quality coffee! If you are a coffee enthusiast, you shouldn’t miss this place. I tried their cappuccino and Mocha and fell love with quality of their coffee. Yes, it’s a tad expensive but it’s totally worth it. One of the best places for the third wave coffee in the Sac area. Definitely worthwhile!

Fantastic little neighborhood coffee shop. Please skip Starbucks which pays nothing to the actual farmers and go here which costs similar and is 100% organic, fair trade, and fully owned by the farmers! Great beans and flavor (get a pour over to try the true coffee notes)!

First time coming here. I ordered latte ( Peru ) & latte decaf (Mexico) for the wife and Wow! Taste super good. The place has a small parking lot, however people come and go quickly. The staff is super friendly, and Fast ! They made my drinks super quick. The inside looks small but has an extra room to sit and drink and a few tables outside as well. Love the colors and how neat and clean this business is. I really love that they offer organic coffee. Highly recommend it. For sure will be coming here more often.

I appreciate them for having organic coffee - it’s so important as there’re no pesticides used and it’s tested for mold and heavy metals. It’s not only organic but it was steamed perfectly. I tried the popular place in town and they overheated my latte and it was horrible. Barista was also very nice and friendly. I wish they were near my house :)

I love their coffee but it's insane how often they get their Doordash orders wrong. I'm constantly getting real milk or missing the vanilla bean when I order. Or sometimes they make the honey one. If you go in the store the order is never wrong. I think they just don't read the order slip properly? Very inconsistent.

The best coffee and the friendliest staff! A really great story as well about them being a cooperative entirely owned and governed by farmers in Peru, Nicaragua Guatemala, 🇲🇽 MEXICO, and Ethiopia.. I've introduced this place to all my friends and family who have visited me living here in Sacramento. Don't get me wrong there are great cafes and coffee roasters only feet, blocks, and miles away but it is PACHAMAMA, where I come back to again and again and again. Get yo bad reviews out of here. I spend too much money at this place but my lil coffee machine doesn't beat an espresso drink here even though their coffee beans does beat my instant coffee and any Starbucks beans I could buy. I come back for the whole experience, the smiles through the mask, the small talk of the day and of course the pick me up I'll never not be addicted to. PACHAMAMA!! YOULL FIND ME AT THE EAST SAC LOCATION... maybe downtown on Saturdays (if you know you know)

I was not particularly impressed by the latte and the window view (parking lot and garbage bins). Paper cups are not the best option to have coffee in the shop.

The straight espresso is lovely, and the space warm and inviting, but each time I’ve ordered a milk drink (latte, cortado) the milk was steamed unbearably hot. Burnt, really, to the point that the flavor of the milk starts to turn. It might be time to “reset” and start using a milk thermometer to get this right.

A tad pricey but nonetheless worth it for quality coffee! I got the small iced maple latte with oat milk, yummy, smooth and not overly sweet! My boyfriend got the iced lavender matcha and he seemed to enjoy it.

Love this place and adore the coffee taste. We tried lavender latte and the Brûlée coffee is a real fire show :) The owner also support Ukrainians what is very heart touching.

Very good coffee but pricey $$. The iced mocha was the best I've had, very chocolately. One size cup and it's small. Lots of indoor seating and some outdoor seating too.

Ordered ahead online to only be told once I got to the store they were out of stock. We are well beyond the point of having accessible and cheap inventory management systems. After wasting gas and my morning, was offered no solutions to rectify the situation.

Quiet and calm spot with great coffee. Staff was very friendly and items were prepared quickly. Would definitely come back! 4.8/5.

Pachamama is a great work/ study spot with a lot of tables and many more wall outlets than I've found at other coffee shops. They have a backroom with extra seating that gets you away from the crowd of people waiting for their drinks and the noisy espresso machines, so it would be a pleasant place to talk with friends. It is on the pricey side (their lattes start at $6.50), but that is due to how they are owned by the farmers they source their coffee from, and they have the same price for all milks.

A great outside place to sit with a coffee and study or meet up with a friend. I was in the area with someone who was visiting at the hospital. In a great walking neighborhood!

Lovely coffee shop. Good work space, interesting conversations to eavesdrop on :) coffee is great quality. All in all a pleasing experience with nice seating area. Haven't visited on week day yet, will try it out one of these days.

Love the coffee here. Some of the best roasted I have tried in my life. It is worth every penny spent,if you are into coffee.

Really good Cortado, roast is lighter but very nice flavors. As Cortado cooled off the taste remained the same which is a sign of a great drink. Highly recommend checking them out. Nice amount of seating inside and some outside.
