Amazing donuts. Probably made better by the exceptional. Super friendly, fantastic service we had. Highly recommend making a pitstop at this great location in Buffalo.

I try and stop here every time I drive through Buffalo. Their sour cream donuts are really good, as is their red velvet cake donut. They have all the classics as well as a couple special ones, and it's 2 bucks each so it's hard to beat!

Why I held out till now . Threw my diet away and finally came in . The place was very clean. Many of my favorites , staff were fine . Ate 3 the kids ate 1-1/2. Great place thank you Paula's Donut

First time ever at any Paula's Donuts locations, worth it. This location was very conveniently located a short distance away from the finish line of the Run716 15k race, in early August. Anyone walking in will find it to be a very clean place. Customer service was exceptional and then some. There is plenty of donut varieties to select from, it is almost jaw-dropping and mouth watering at the same time. If one enjoys bacon there is an awesome/dreamy maple bacon cinnamon roll ~ see my photo now, drool later. I was incredibly happy with my jelly donut selections as well as they were very hearty and filling (no pun intended). The donuts are a meal all their own and the quality is far superior to any nationwide donut chain. I wish I could give this Paula's Donuts location six stars.

These donuts were absolutely delicious. I got the glazed cinnamon donut which has a perfecy crispy sweet crust and light fluffy cinnamon center. I wish donuts were good for you because I could of eaten all of them. This is a must stop if you are in the Buffalo area.

This Paula's Donut Shop is a beautiful area. It's like a piece of paradise right in downtown Buffalo NY. It's in the 1st ward area of Larkin Square. What a quaint little village type area. It's definitely come a long way from the way it was years ago. But this Paula's is straight down Seneca Street. It's in a beautiful building and it's adorable. You can't miss it from the adorable donut with eyes and lips and a swirly filling hat. The donuts are always amazing but what keeps me coming back to this very one are the employees. Always so friendly, always smiling and just a very nice place to stop. I absolutely recommend this Paula's Donut Shop. Check them out.

I'm not a huge donut fan, but my mom always was, plus she loved canolli and her name is Paula! So it was fitting to stop in for a half dozen and some coffee while visiting the area. I personally think cutting the donut in half is still plenty because they are VERY heavy from being filled with canolli or cream. I did enjoy the toasted coconut one alot. The coffee was ok, alittle weak for me. Service was good, but we couldn't leave a tip on the credit card, so I asked for change of the $20 bill I had and our server was told she couldn't break any bills....So, unfortunately I couldn't tip her due to the rules of the owner and change being given.

Thanks Paula, these donuts are made with love and the calories don’t exist because of it lol. I got the red velvet donut which was solid, good ratio is glaze to donut, and I was also told the peanut was very popular so picked that one up too. The texture was awesome, different from the usual donut I’d ordered but was pleasantly surprised

I love Paula's! Everytime I visit the 716, I have to seek out a Paula's. This location is the newest. It's clean, organized, and air conditioned! Staff were kind and quick. A dozen donuts is $21, a half is $10.50, and donuts are $1.75 (Ridge Donuts in Rochester is comparable at $18/dz)

I had one of the most delicious coconut cream donuts ever, and my friends enjoyed the other donuts too!

Love this location . They always hook it up when I’m there . Donuts always as fresh as can be . The place is very clean , nice parking . They also have chairs outside to sit . Make sure you take a picture with the donut statue thing outside 😊 .

Love this downtown location! Easy to find parking, seating area is inviting and staff is friendly. Nevertheless to say, Paula’s donuts are always amazing! I love their strawberry shortcake donuts! highly recommended!

I recently visited Paula's Donuts and I must say, their donuts are absolutely amazing. From classic glazed to unique specialty options, Paula's Donuts truly knows how to craft a delectable treat. However, I was disappointed when I found out that they do not offer a military discount for spouses, only for veterans. As a spouse, I believe it's important to recognize the support and sacrifices that spouses make alongside their partners in the military. It would be great if Paula's Donuts could consider extending their discount to military spouses as well, in the spirit of inclusivity and appreciation for all members of the military community. Despite this setback, I would still highly recommend Paula's Donuts for their mouthwatering creations.
