Overall, a nice modern and clean hotel. Rooms were aesthetically pleasing, shower pressure and temperature was great. Didn’t get to use the form but it was definitely one of the better ones I’ve seen. Not sure if this really a “4-star” hotel or if it would better be suited as higher end 3 star, amenities and overall luxury level seemed to match a newer courtyard/residence inn.

If you don’t want to be ganged up by multiple staff members that make you want to cry when you have already had probably one of the worst days in a long time and instead of being kind and understanding they showed no empathy. Also, if you don’t want to get a roaring migraine from the air conditioning unit in your room, then I highly recommend that you DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. Just this year alone, I have stayed in Marriott’s for over 120 nights and this was the worst experience I’ve had. They didn’t even try to understand. They just became defensive and rude. Worst customer service and no regard for loyalty at all. It made me want to start looking at Hilton’s more and that’s not me putting it lightly.

Went to baby shower here. Room just right size for 32 people. Meal fabulous - had breakfast foods -gorgeous eggs with cheese on top. Air Fried potatoes. Nicely done bacon. Bagels & cream cheese or fruit or honey. Cinn danish.Turkey breast & prime rib. Beautiful salad & fruit dish. Fruit juices with champagne if wanted mixed in. Coffee, tea, water. Nice background music playing. The couple guys always checking on us making sure all was well. We had a marvelous time with everyone many from out of state. We had room for 4 hours 12 to 4 pm. But a few people left & for some reason that seemed to give the guys the ok to start cleaning tables. Never said a thing to correct person. They were moving everything down to ends of tables as picking up people's homemade favors & baked goods. I asked him not to take our waters & he still did. Needless to say family very upset about this & next thing you know as people feeling rushed out tables were clean by 3 pm. I went to bar & asked for water. He gave me a pitcher of ice Water & I grabbed 4 glasses. Me, mom & other 2 sisters sat down to rest & talk for a few. My sister will call & speak to head person. I will f/up here as needed..

Placed in the city of Pittsford this lodge is so quaint. It's in a prime location just by the canal, walking distance, to restaurants and entertainment. It had a SPA and sauna. I had a great stay here and recommend anyone visiting to stay here.

Nice place with amazing location, walk along Erie canal to restaurants and finish the night at the brewery with some live music. Village coal tower has great food like a local diner and in the am go to the Pittsford farm dairy for fresh bakery or their ice cream ‐ trust me! All a very short walk from the hotel.

Facility is a bit outdated, and you could smell molds in some rooms. Each room comes with an A/C generator, and it could be very loud if you adjust the temperature too low. However, location wins! Accessible to all things within 10-min driving, and right next to the canal.

Sadly this review is pretty bad and far different than my first review. Had the WORST message ever from Noel. Booked an 80 min message, I felt like I was getting petted for 80 minutes. No pressure AT ALL, I laid there the whole time waiting for it to end, and thinking it was bad because I chose the "relaxation " message. Only to leave and realize that was the same one I had on first visit w Tricia that WAS THE BEST I had ever had. Ughhhh....so disappointed!!! The other guest I went with had a great experience with her LMT, guess it wasn't my day.

My friend and I met for an overnight at the Delmonte Lodge and some spa sevices. The hotel room was modern and mostly clean, except for the toenail I found in my bed! First floor was noisy outside the window, beds were hard, and tv remote had a long delay. The room cost $280/night. I expected a better experience for that kind of money. I did complain and got a $50 credit, but will still never stay here again. Our spa services were nice but my friend and I compared experiences and they were inconsistent. I'm going to find a new place to go.

The hotel was aesthetically pleasing but not worth the money. The television’s remote did not work, the toilet flush was loud enough to wake the dead, the back entrance doors do not work, the elevator starts to go down before the doors are fully closed, the mobile app/key does not get activated, and the front desk staff is quiet abrasive. If you can avoid the human interaction and are going to simply sleep it’s great but if you’re searching for anything other than a bed I’d recommend somewhere far cheaper given the lack of basic necessities.

This was my first time going here. I set up an appointment for their seasonal pedi and loved the whole experience. The lady that took care of me was nice and did a great job on my pedi. The vibe was fantastic. I will be going back here for more services soon :)

The hotel is new and clean. On the good side, the rooms have everything one would need, including slippers, but they do have one great downside. The problem is that the rooms have an HVAC unit inside each room in a utility closet and these units are VERY noisy — the floor is shaking when they come on. I had to unplug the temperature controller to shut the HVAC off and be able to sleep.
