I hate everything about the gap. Pretentious employees, and cold lifeless store. Not sure if they are trained to not have a personality or if working in retail has sucked the life from them. Only redeeming quality is that their jeans fit well and sometimes I can find my size on sale. If you aren't a 12 year old boy or have the body of one you should probably shop elsewhere. Apparently larger people don't exist to them.

My wife and I were in line to purchase our items and walked up to an open register with an employee. I inquired into whether that register was open, and the employee blatantly ignored me. Therefore, I assumed it was closed, and we took a step to the next register to wait for ther other employee to finish with the woman purchasing her items. A woman that watched all this occur then cut in front of my wife and I to the register we thought was closed. It was not, and the employee began ringing up the purchase. We were honestly stunned at our treatment, considering neither employee addressed us at any moment. We left without making a purchase and are unlikely to ever return after such abysmal service.

Upon entering the store it seemed nice. But as we were trying to check out there was no worker to be found. Then when I found a lady she said "oh you can go to the other side to cash out" we walked over. Stood for five minutes. Walked back over to her and asked if someone was coming. She started to walk back to look and yelled the kids name a few times until he heard her. He seemed to be a young kid. Careless. And walked super slow. Was excruciating slow and for no reason. We were in there about 7 pm. August 9th. Man I don't understand what goes thru people's heads when they work in the public.

Store is large and bright. Staff is REALLY intent on getting you to sign up for their frequent shoppers whatever. Trying to be nice about declining gets you nowhere. They'll just keep pushing it and pushing it until you're sorry you even went into the store.

Everything was well organized and well stocked. Prices were average. However, the sales person didn't seem to know their products very well and kept noting various sweaters as being non-wool when the tag said they were partly wool.

There's a decent amount of summer clothes choices on sale and not on sale. I wish this and most stores nowadays had pants for slim boys. It's easier I found in the past to get good cotton t-shirts, socks and underpants when my son was younger before he sprouted to size 18.

Had an online exchange. Store did not carry the item, associate tried to order the item for me. Devices were not working, was unable to order my item and reviece the 10% in store discount. I asked if she was able to call and order over the phone, not something they offer anymore. Associate was unprofessional, swore and seemed annoyed I was interrupting her day. I left empty handed.

Lately store has lost its bling. Almost boring to be there, love the clothes when u can find the variety.
