I
didn’t
really
know
anything
about
CrossFit.
I
had
just
been
doing
strength
training
in
normal
public
gyms.
I
wanted
to
try
something
new.
I’m
really
happy
I
took
a
leap
of
faith
to
join
CrossFit
buffalo.
First,
the
coaching
staff
as
well
as
Dave
(owner)
were
always
amazing.
It
felt
like
they
really
wanted
to
help
whenever
they
were
offering
advice.
I
would
go
and
practice
skills
on
my
own
or
continue
to
workout
after
class.
The
owner
would
happily
step
in
to
offer
advice
or
techniques
to
practice
on
my
own
to
better
achieve
my
goals!!
It
felt
like
both
he
and
the
other
coaches
really
did
want
every
member
constantly
become
better
with
all
the
movements
and
their
fitness.
The
class
environment
is
great!
it’s
nice
being
in
small
size
classes,
because
you
get
a
chance
to
meet
the
other
members,
encourage
each
other,
and
see
improve
together.
When
I
had
first
joined
the
gym,
I
was
usually
taking
much
longer
on
all
the
workouts
when
the
rest
of
class
would
be
done.
I
was
always
surprised
that
the
entire
class
would
wait
the
extra
few
minutes
to
make
sure
I
finished,
rather
than
start
the
rest
of
their
busy
days
ahead!
I
think
there’s
just
a
mutual
respect
among
the
members
that
you
really
don’t
find
at
other
gyms.
It
just
became
a
really
peaceful
place
for
me
to
go
and
workout,
do
classes,
and
just
be
around
a
great
bunch
of
people.
I’m
happy
I
decided
to
join
not
only
a
CrossFit
gym,
but
especially
CrossFit
buffalo.

I’ll
absolutely
join
again
when
I
move
back
:)
