My party and I really enjoyed the David’s Bridal staff at the Niagara Falls Blvd location. We unexpectedly arrived to our scheduled appointment an hour early due to a communication error and the staff reworked their workload to make sure that we were taken care of right away. This was super sweet considering that most of the party had driven in from out of town. I also had a bridesmaid who struggled to find a dress she loved but after trying on several styles, left the appointment ready to walk down the aisle. My assigned Stylist, Melissa, and another staff member whose name I cannot remember were so kind, patient, knowledgeable, and accommodating. These ladies were GREAT and made what could have been a super stressful experience, pleasant.

I had such a great experience there! My stylist, Kim, was phenomenal! Right from the start I Immediately felt comfortable with her. She stood back and let us pick dresses and then had me try on a couple of her recommendations. In the end, I went with one of the dresses that she picked out! That dress was one that on the rack, I would never have considered. She looked at me and just knew it would look good on me - all while being mindful of what I wanted and my budget. I HIGHLY recommend requesting Kim to help pick the right dress for You!

This location is one of the best groups of professionals I've dealt with through my wedding planning. I'd gone several times to browse the racks and today I had my appointment to try on gowns and picked my dress! Nicole and my stylist Kristen were amazing and I even saw Kim working with another bride, who helped me on one of other excursions to the store. They know what they're doing, they're helpful, kind and I can't recommend them enough.

The ladies were wonderful from the minute we walked in to the minute we walked out. Allison was amazing, she was so attentive and helped my daughter out a lot. I really appreciated all her help. I would recommend this store for all your semi-formal, prom, or wedding dress shopping. I will definitely be returning.

I was very pleased with my experience with David’s Bridal. (Hamburg NY location)Woman who helped me select & order my dress was welcoming & helpful if stretched a little bit thin, covering multiple customers at once, even though I had an appointment. This was fine with me, I only had one guest with me and preferred the time alone for decision making. But this may not be what some brides are looking for, so double check with your location if more focused personal attention is for you. I thought I’d be able to have my alterations done at the same location, but found out when I picked up my dress the service wasn’t available due to how busy they were. Double check when ordering if you don’t have another local DB location taking alteration appointments or you don’t plan to work with a personal seamstress/tailor to ensure this isn’t an unexpected stress for you. I had another nearby location open for alterations appointments. (Buffalo NY location)The David’s Bridal associate who I did meet with for fitting/alterations was exceptional! Young woman with a fun personality. Very friendly, listened to my requests, discussed options I may not have known about, and kept the conversation going (much appreciated since this was a solo visit for me). I couldn’t be happier with the alterations department work overall, my dress fit perfectly. Pickup was a breeze and I was not rushed or crowded in the fitting room while I tried on my dress and took in the final result.

I drove from Canada to go to this David’s Bridal on a whim while shopping in the states with my sister and sister in law. I’ve been to a David’s bridal in Canada and I can truly say that this location in Buffalo was hands down the best experience I’ve had at any of the David bridal stores. I would highly recommend to all future brides from Canada to drive to Buffalo to search for their wedding dress from this store. My stylist Gracie was phenomenal! She was friendly and welcoming, she asked all the right questions when I was trying on the dresses. She gave us time to look around and pull some of styles we liked but also recommended a few as well. When the time came down to choosing my wedding dress I was torn between two beautiful dresses. She asked me questions about each dress to see which dress I would love more. She even got me colour swatches of my bridesmaid dresses to show me what my colour scheme would look with the dress so I can really see the wedding dress side by side with the bridesmaid dresses. She was AMAZING! I will be honest, when I pulled up to the store, half their sign was missing and I was skeptical because of the negative experience I had in Canada. I couldn’t be more wrong… “don’t judge a book by its cover..” cause this location, hands down has made my wedding dress experience so much better and I couldn’t be more happy! Thank you so much!!

Brianna was the best stylist. She went above and beyond my expectations. Not only were we able to find the dress, we were able to find the color needed that was actually available in a store near by. She went above and beyond to get us the dress we needed! Brianna is the person I will always schedule to pick out dresses from her on out!!

Had a appt booked for bride and my bridesmaid. I had a Phenomenal experience. Kim K found me the one! It was the most wonderful shopping experience I’ve ever had in my life, and I’ve done my fair share of shopping! What an absolutely beautiful, emotional, special, fun and incredible.I am very indecisive but that didn’t happen to me today! Kim just guided me to something that fit my dream wedding dress. I’m beyond grateful for being able to walk away with my dress, a vail, a bracelet and a bag to care for it all. Can’t say enough about what a great experience Kim made that for us. Thank you!

I wasn’t sure where to start and initially bought the wrong dress. I returned it to the David’s Bridal Tonawanda location and ended up having the best bridal and overall shopping experience ever. Brit was my stylist. She spent time pinning and displaying each dress I tired on, making each dress come to life for me. Her positive attitude and in-depth knowledge helped me ultimately choose my dress. The wedding dress ended up being one that she selected based on my feedback and body type and wasn’t one I really noticed on the shelf. Brit is amazing at what she does and made my wedding dress shopping experience fantastic! If you aren’t sure exactly what you’re looking for or just want to work with someone who loves what they do, visit this location! 10/10.

My overall experience was wonderful!! Very affordable beautiful dresses!! Ariana made me feel welcomed and she was beyond friendly! I couldn’t have asked for a better stylist. She knew exactly what dresses to pull to match the style I was looking for. I said yes to the dress and I can’t wait to wear it!!!

The entire experience of buying my wedding dress was amazing from start to finish. We were greeted with smiles and a very inviting atmosphere, then I met Kim. She by far exceeded every expectation I had for my first time trying on dresses. She was friendly, funny and made me feel so comfortable (even trying on dresses that were too small/tight on me) We tried on multiple dresses, and ended up saying “yes to the dress” by the end of the visit. I am so glad Kim was able to make this happen for me and tell me all the ins and outs of wedding dresses. I can not wait for my wedding next year knowing that I have the most beautiful dress. I seriously can’t thank David’s Bridal and most importantly Kim enough.

The staff was absolutely incredible. Tia worked incredibly hard to find my daughter the dress of her dreams. Maddie was such a pleasure and held our hands through the process. I have never had such amazing service as well as beautiful heartwarming staff to guide us through. Thank you to the entire staff that shared our tears and excitement.

Going in, I was a little nervous thinking I knew what I wanted. I was paired with Kim as a stylist and she was wonderful. I showed her images of what I wanted and around the price range I was looking. She was understanding and very helpful with having me try on each individual dress. I did end up finding the dress that I was going to wear and I'm excited for my upcoming wedding. Thanks for your assistance Kim!

Such an amazing experience at David's bridal! My stylist Kim K. Was super fun, extremely helpful, and had such a great eye for design to help me find the most perfect dress! We were welcomed as soon as we stepped foot into the store. Allison was amazing!! She helped my wedding party pick the best dresses!! If someone didn’t like something about one dress she would go look for something similar that they did like about the dress!! It was so amazing and the best experience you could ask for!!!

Kim K. was the sweetest, funniest, and most wonderful to work with and help me find “the one”! Even though I came in without an appointment and one of the saleswomen was busy with a bridal appointment, all of the staff were so friendly and helpful! A lovely young woman, Natalie helped me to find and try-on dresses that were in my price range. There were many pretty options at very affordable prices.
