Satisfied, good to know I can have someone come to the house if needed, although the issue my mother had required more attention so I had to get her to the hospital.

Excellent visit. Ashley was knowledgeable, ready to help, gave me useful information re updating my respiratory therapy equipment. She checked my vitals, my ears, and she made every effort to let me know Landmark is 24/7. I am grateful. Olga

We truly love this service. The in-home visit covered everything about my current health situation. This has been a God send in terms of being able to have a nurse practitioner actually come to our home on a regular basis to check my health. I would recommend Landmark to anyone. Thank You!!

Always on time for the home visits, calls to be sure everything is still good for that day. I was sick and after I contacted the help line Michael came to my home and made sure I had what I needed, sent in prescriptions and contacted my primary. I never had to go out in the rain or to the Emergency Room and wait for hours. I love this program, so far it has been very helpful.

We were very pleased with our first meeting with our NP. She was professional, kind, caring, friendly. She was very conscious of our physical needs.

Our PA Sara is very through in her examination. Sara made sure I got the prescription I needed and also followed up with my GYN when she discovered a problem I have in a report that I wasn't aware of. Excellent PA!!

i really like Dr Mike. the only thing negative i could say is that i called for an apt and he assessed and prescribed me over the phone. to be fair he had seen the issue a few weeks ago while here. but at that point told me it was a build up of ear wax. this time he wrote me an antibiotic. still another look at the ear might have been beneficial in case whatever is wrong was move visible by now. But he is a great guy and typically very helpful. Cant speak for the rest of the staff bc ive only ever met him.

I developed COVID-19 & was very sick and had concerns with some of my symptoms. I contacted Landmark by phone and was given advice on how to procede with my home treatment. They also called me the next day to check on me which is more than my primary doctors office did. To be fair my primary did send a generic message through my portal to me but the only problem with that was having headaches and not feeling very well, going on my computer wasn't an option for me for 4 to 5 days. I knew Landmark would of come through for me and they did. I thank them very much for their concern and help. I'm thankful I qualify for Landmark. Margaret Brick

Follow through on all services. Emergency services acted immediately during in home appointment. Thankfully Everyone is where they should be in great care.

NPs and RNs are always friendly, knowledgeable, and CARING. They do an amazing job and are truly godsends. I could not have made it these last 8 years as the primary caregiver for my parents, without the support of Landmark.

My husband had a really bad nosebleed for over a hour and I called Landmark..I received a call from a Nurse and she instructed me on what to do. She called back 10 minutes later to check on him and gave me some things that I needed to do..The humidifier is on now and hopefully no more nosebleeds. We are so thankful for Landmark and their entire Staff.

Jenny is great. She is kind and listens to you. The last time she came I was never so glad to see her because I was having a hard time breathing. She knew what to do and got me better. This was the first time she saw what I was going threw. Now I am doing much better. Thank you Jenny and landmark.

Nurse Chris Verni responded quickly and was very good at explaining what my issue was treating it and arranging for an additional test Had nurse Cathycome to my house on May 22 she was supposed to order compression socks for me but they were never ordered when I called the Landmark office I was told that someone would get back to me but as of the 27th no one has called not too happy with the way this has been handled is this the way Landmark works now I was satisfied in the past but now it looks like the service is not what it used to be

My wellness visits make it so I get familiar with my care team,. I feel confident knowing they are there for me when I fall I'll. They have saved me from going into the ER several times already. I am sure this preventative program must save a lot of money for my insurance company. It also saves me alot of worry+stress over my chronic health issues. Thank you

I thought Landmark was VERY helpful at this visit. The PA.checked me over and after my stay in the hospital found a problem that needed attention that the doctors in the hospital did not notice.

I have had nothing but great things to say about Landmark from the staff just checking up on me via a phone call or to remind me that Michael Riggles is coming to see me!!! Now let me tell you about how much I appreciate how thorough he is and every time he comes here my blood pressure is perfect when I go to the doctors it’s always high on a scale of 1-10 I rate Landmark and Michael Riggles a 12 ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Gretchen comes to see my parents about every 3 months or so. She is wonderful she is very patient and polite She answers all the questions and explains everything.
