have
ordered
from
Koffee
Kup
Bakery
a
few
times,
and
my
previous
experiences
with
their
cupcakes
specifically
have
been
outstanding!
However,
my
most
recent
order
left
much
to
be
desired.
I
ordered
60
cupcakes
for
a
friend's
birthday,
requesting
a
blend
of
vanilla
and
chocolate
flavors
with
a
burgundy
and
light
pink
frosting
swirl
design
to
match
the
theme.
I
supplied
them
with
inspiration
photos,
and
they
confirmed
the
design
in
the
colors
I
specified.
Unfortunately,
upon
arriving
to
pick
up
my
order
at
the
scheduled
time,
I
was
informed
my
cupcakes
had
not
been
made
due
to
a
scheduling
error
on
their
part.
They
had
mistakenly
scheduled
the
order
for
Saturday
instead
of
Thursday
at
4:30PM.
While
they
were
able
to
accommodate
my
order
using
available
cupcakes,
I
had
to
wait
for
the
decorator
to
return
to
the
store
to
apply
the
frosting,
causing
an
additional
inconvenience
given
my
already
tight
schedule.
When
I
finally
received
the
cupcakes,
I
was
disappointed
with
the
quality.
The
decorator
appeared
to
have
rushed
the
job,
resulting
in
a
messy
and
inaccurate
execution
of
the
requested
colors
and
design.
The
cupcakes
were
also
dry,
not
living
up
to
the
delectable
standard
I
had
come
to
expect
from
this
bakery.
To
add
to
the
disappointment,
the
cupcakes
were
packed
in
3
separate
boxes,
which
were
stacked
on
top
of
one
another,
causing
the
frosting
on
the
cupcakes
in
bottom
2
boxes
to
be
flattened
and
unappealing.
While
I
appreciate
Koffee
Kup
Bakery's
efforts
to
fulfill
my
order
despite
the
initial
oversight,
the
overall
experience
was
far
from
satisfactory.
The
cupcakes
lacked
the
quality,
attention
to
detail,
and
flavor
that
I
had
previously
enjoyed.
