Here we go again!! I ordered a medium hot coffee with ONE SUGAR AND ONE CREAM. VERY SIMPLE RIGHT. WHAT I GOT WAS A MEDIUM HOT COFFEE WITH 3 CARMEL, 3 SUGAR AND 3 CREAM. WHY IS IT SO DIFFICULT??? It appears you have very incompetent employees. Today September 22 I was in the drive thru. I ordered a medium coffee one sugar one cream. When i got home what I was given was a medium coffee with 3 vanilla shots and 6 milk!!! It was disgusting. WHAT THE... IS WRONG WITH YOU GUYS. Please instruct the young lady at the drive thru just what a Boston cream donut looks like. It is not a chocolate covered donut with a hole in the center and no cream. This is the same young lady that last week I was handed my coffee with the cover not properly attached. The cover fell off and hot coffee was all over my hand. NEED SOME TRANING !!! This is not rocket science, it is a donut shop. Must have missed two years of school due to the pandemic.

I watched assistant manager completely ignore line of customers. Then dismiss valid complaint by leaving customer chanting “I have my own work to worry about” zero customer service feel bad for the young kids working and trying their best. I looked for contact information for owner of this storefront but was unsuccessful. Name of assistant manager was Pedro. I will personally never return.

Today, they were out of ice coffee. I asked if they could make me one the "old- fashioned way" (hot coffee poured over a cup full of ice). They obliged, and it was the best Dunkin iced coffee I had in years!❤️ Thank you Dominique and Zack for taking the extra time to make it for me!

I commend Stella, the manager, for keeping her cool while the customers treated her like trash. I hope more people acknowledge the asset to your team and that you give her the credit she deserves.

Worst Dunkin ever. Wait time in drive-thru is at least 20 minutes and the employees’ attitudes are god awful. I always tell whoever serves my food to have a nice day and they NEVER even look at me or acknowledge me.

I always Mobile order here and again did so today about 20 min before I got my food but the drive thru and people walking in and ordering were getting their food and drinks first. terrible management here.

Honestly dunkin isn’t my favorite coffee shop not only because of how their coffee tastes, but also due to their inconsistency. Once we ordered two of the same drinks with my friend and both tasted different. How is this even possible😬 4 stars because it is close and convenient, otherwise I think a 3.
