I've
shopped
at
Southgate
Plaza
for
many
years.
Some
stores
have
come
&
gone
over
(my)
many
years,
but
there
are
Always
the
anchor
businesses
such
as:
**Geisslers
grocery
store,
a
good
sized
store
but
not
so
big
that
you'll
leave
exhausted
bc
of
so
(too?)
many
long
isles,
like
those
at
the
Superstores.
There's
a**
Subway
sandwich
shop,
a
liquor
store,
**a
pizza,+grinder,
etc
shop,
[
I
admit
it
smells
terrific
there
@
certain
times
of
day].
OH!
Almost
forgot
the
Package
Store,
on
the
corner.
**There's
a
dance
studio,
**a
fingernail
shop
that
may
be
separate
from
the
**Hair
design
shop.
**One
large
storefront
is
empty
now,
due
to
"The
Still"
~
Bar-
restaurant-
entertainment
venue
that
moved
N.
on
Rt
75
bc
of
there
need
for
more
room.
They
often
have
crowds
(Not
overcrowded)
&
family
too
at
meal
time.
It's
a
friendly
business,
Live
music
several
nights/week.
**There
is
a
pet
supplies
shop,
that
offers
doggie
day
care
(fee
req.).
If
you're
a
pet
enthusiast,
it
may
be
worth
a
look
at
their
stock.
***The
Movie
house
is
opened
again,
bought
by
a
local
woman
who
advertises
well
in
advance,
and
offers
recent
films
for
a
fair
price.
It's
clean
&
friendly
&
worth
the
effort
to
watch
any
film
with
less
than
500
other
people😏.
Also...
the
parking
is
local!!
Yeah,
when
you
leave,
you
Will
be
able
to
see
your
car
&
get
to
it
with
20+/-
steps,
yeah
really.
(You
familiar
with
W.
Spfld
cinemas?)
Ok,
to
wrap
up:
**The
Dollar
Tree
is
there
also.
**A
new
store
has
opened
in
that
huge
space,
at
the
end
of
the
Plaza,
I
haven't
gone
there
yet.
I
don't
want
to
misinform
you
but
I
think
it's
a
discount
store
with
a
wide
variety
of
less
expensive
items.
Finally,
in
the
parking
lot
area
is
**one
McDonald's
with
drive
thru.
*There
is
a
now
closed
gas
station🥴
But
the
**Bank
is
open,
✔️it's
schedule.
Also
2
donation
boxes,
in
case
they're
needed.
Not
part
of
Southgate
Plaza
but
across
the
road
is
a
CVS,
a
brand
new
(likely
expensive)
Car
Wash,
and
a
large-ish
gas
station
with
a
storefront.
Offering
hot
"food",
&
grocery
items
=
milk,
bread,....
