This place is terrible. Their billing is awful. I received a bill from 3 years ago due to their errors, but no one in that office can give me an actual explanation about what happened. They are extremely rude and unknowledgeable about their own billing system. My 3 year old daughter is terrified of the dentist and at her last visit they held her down screaming to just see her teeth. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone unless they want to encounter unprofessionalism and an extreme bill at the end. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Thanks for overcharging your patients!

Dr. Sobti is the best dentist I have been too. I totally recommend her for any dental work that needs to be done. My elderly mother who sees Dr. Sobti also appreciates her kindness and knowledge when doing work on her. The office is always nice and clean, and everyone working there is kind and helpful.

They suck! Can't keep dentist's! I was exposed to COVID-19 and found out the night before my appointment. Yes I missed a couple prior due to getting the flu and it was over the course of 2 years. They let me go! Good ridden I say. September 20th supposed to have a deep cleaning They called and said insurance has not approved it yet, so they canceled the appointment only to call me back the next morning to say the doctor said just a cleaning on my 8 teeth was fine. I found out I was exposed to COVID-19 the 19th at night after they closed but I called as soon as they opened to tell them If anyone goes there even if your sick or have COVID-19 still go, infect them or you will get a nasty letter from them dismissing you from the practice

Made an appointment within 3 days for a broken filling, and was able to have a rads, root canal, and new filling done at that appt. In and out in under two hours. Everyone was very nice from the front desk, dental assistant, and dentist.

I had a crown done at another dentist office and I was in so much pain and discomfort, after my experience at Baystate dental I wouldn't go anywhere else great professional dentist and very professional assistants, no more pain thank you Baystate dental.

Very thorough and patient. I need a lot of dental work done and didn’t feel pressured to empty my pockets and they explained everything very well! Office was clean and up to date . The hygienist was very nice and understanding. She took her time explaining everything to me and made sure I didn’t have any unanswered questions before I left!

this place makes up rules as they go & it changes from patient to patient. they are very unprofessional. you’re better off ripping your own teeth out than going here, less of a headache 😂

This place is constantly cancelling and rescheduling my family's appointments. There are the one's rescheduling, just to go there and be told your not scheduled. I'm done wasting my time with this place!!
