Food was amazing!! Atmosphere for larger parties was perfect! I came with my two small children and whole family.. Father’s Day dinner. I’m quite the foodie and have food allergies and I was impressed! Definitely go back

I went out to dinner with my family for an early Mother’s day dinner. Both my grandfather and I ordered the Chicken Broccoli Alfredo. Ny chicken and my grandfathers chicken was basically raw. I’m not sure if it was supposed to be boiled or something but it was raw. It was pink. I was very disappointed. I had asked for grilled chicken in replace of the chicken I was given. I also was not fond of the other waitresses attitudes. My waitress herself was very nice and understanding. I will not choose to eat here again.

This was our first visit here. I wanted to try somewhere new to us for my birthday. Service was friendly. Portions were huge. Salad bar, and soup comes with all entrees. The kitchen got backed up during our visit, so dinner took much longer than one would expect, but we were in a rush. I had the shrimp risotto. The mister had the filet with scallops. We shared the gorgonzola garlic bread. One daughter had the filet, the other daughter had the mickey mouse platter. She didn't like the chicken tenders, or the homemade mac and cheese. The tenders, aren't really breaded. We were very pleased with our food. Would certainly visit again.

Food was excellent. Maybe could be seasoned a little more. But that's a personal preference. Very fresh and good!!!

Service was slow, our waitress spent more time in the bar area. The inside and decor was very nice. Fresh made bread was delicious. I had lobster ravioli that was decent. My wife had a Philly cheese steak pizza that was awful. I would absolutely go again but get different entrees. Overall I would recommend it.

I rarely write a review that's not 4 or 5 stars, but this was so disappointing. Value - this is the reason for the 2 stars I'm giving. There is salad, soup, bread with your entree. The salad is your standard house salad fare, very bland, the chowder is unremarkable enough that I'm not sure whether or not it was canned vs. made in house. People say the bread is fresh in house but I am very doubtful of that. It seems like your standard scali bread you can find anywhere. It wasn't particularly warm or flavorful. Mashed potatoes were rustic style, but again lacked seasoning and were lukewarm. Veal Oscar lobster tail was not served for table presentation (back and along the shell) and the meat was tough, and tough to remove, and the sauce was not hollandaise. Not sure what I'd call it, but not hollandaise. Veal was cutlet and not medallion cut, and tasted more of the flour it was dredged in that its gravy which was (like most everything else) unremarkable. Husband had the prime rib which also lacked seasoning, and the mushroom caps which were in a wine sauce that was not disclosed on the menu, oddly sweet, and disconnected feeling from the dish. Our waitress was... what I would call very neutral towards us. There was nothing egregious about her service but all in all it was pretty lackluster. The restaurant itself is very clean and presentable. Bar side was very busy - maybe the fare on the pub side is better- but the fine dining experience claimed on the door and suggested by the menu is just not here.

Stopped in for lunch thhis friday Chicken parmesan was good, Pasta with sauce was watery no flavor. Baked stuff shrimp also had no flavor, and penne had the same watery tasteless souce. I don't know how they can stay in business serving food like that

Food was absolutely top notch. We we actually ordered, we really did not expect the huge portions and the fact that everything was hand made and not just reheated from frozen. The prices are moderately higher than most restaurants but the quality of the food and the portion size COMPLETELY makes up for it. I will definitely be going back.

They did the meal after my mother’s Funeral. Take Five did a beautiful job. The food was delicious. We had more than enough food. Wonderful job !!! The weight staff was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this restaurant for any formal occasion.

Food isn't bad. Ribs a bit dry. Not impressed by the prime rib especially at the price. But the issue really is they have their entire wait staff standing around a station next to the big booth. Not a issue if they didn't stand there and literally stare at you while your eating your food. Our waitress was great. But that killed the vibe for the night. About 7 or 8 them . Tint the glass or replace it with wood. But thats a major issue. And for that reason alone I wouldn't go back.

Started the dinner with no silverware or glasses. We also ordered a couple of beers, however after waiting a half hour and still no beer, we cancelled the drinks. The soup that came with the meal, had no taste, no chicken and no vegetables…all bland broth. Then the entree FINALLY came and it was terrible. The description of the dinner was not what we received. The burger was so dry and overcooked and the Caesar salad the burger was suppose to come on, was just iceberg lettuce with little plastic cups of Caesar dressing on the side. Unfortunately the service was just as bad as the food. Needless to say, we will not be returning.

I hate to even post this but since the staff handled this so poorly when I personally contacted them, I feel the need. I placed a to go order and got home to hair in my food, I called to let the restaurant know and was met with a sarcastic employee. Pretty much knowing the message wouldn’t reach the manager, which it should simply to tighten up “cleanliness” and careful prep in the kitchen, I sent a fb message where I was told to “be an adult”, so… The food is typically fabulous, the service sucks.

Some menu items were not very tasty and are not described properly. The Italian dressing option tastes only of oil; this was the 1st time both my husband and I had to salt and pepper our dinner salads from anywhere, to have any taste to them unfortunately, the oil from the dressing overwhelmed the salad. There were 2 options for stuffed mushrooms, Seafood Stuffed Mushrooms and Mushroom Caps, we ordered the Mushroom Caps. Unfortunately, those were also stuffed with imitation seafood, which one of us is allergic to. The Delmonico Ribeye was not seasoned and mostly tasted of the gas grill that it was cooked on. However, the Mozzarella Wedges appetizer and Baby back ribs were delicious. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive. The dining room was very clean, seating is comfortable and nicely decorated.

Literally took a half hr for our drinks and bread! The food was good but we were starving by the time it came. If the drinks hadn't take so long may have taken our mind off the wait for food. Our waitress was slow and cared more about talking to the other waitress than us. Don't think we will be back

One of the most underrated restaurants in the Pioner Valley in my opinion. The prime rib is incredible. Friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere, and expeditious service.

I visited Take Five for a cater d event. The food on the buffet line was delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive to the party. I would highly recommend Take Five for dinner anytime you want a good bite to eat.

First time here, food was amazing! They were short staffed but our waitress, Michelle, was on top of things! She was phenomenal….attentive, but not too much so, never ran out of drinks and very helpful!! This lady is a gem!

Went to dinner for 2, the bar area was packed but the full restaurant side had plenty of tables. Our meal came with soup and salad, bread to start. The chicken Mediterranean pasta dish was SO good!!!! Our server was wicked friendly and personable, we will be back!!

The Cajun chicken portobello mushroom pasta IS something to rave about. Not to mention even if you order take out they include the salad, soup, and a loaf of bread. Best value for the money in the area, hands down. I know right where to go when it’s time to take the family out.

My wife and I had supper there 5/4/22. Wife's prime rib was good, while I ordered the spaghetti and meatballs from the specials menu, meat balls (3) where good but the spaghetti was awful sauce looked and tasted like it came out of a Chef Boy R D can to add injury to insult our sever didn't put our appetizer order in. Not their best effort to be sure. Not going back.

Minor things like missing the silverware when salads were put out and not pouring the wine slightly diminished from a decent meal. I felt the lobster tail on veal Oscar could have been cooked slightly less, but it is hard to gauge when broiling a split tail. Decent experience and would consider coming back.

Both the cheeseburger and chicken sandwich was poorly seasoned and dry. The fries tasted like they'd been made in old oil. We could not eat very many bites because it was so disappointing. I do not enjoy giving this one star review, but it was not good food at all and we will not return.
