We stopped by on the way to VT. This was the first time at a Cracker Barrel for us. The store was wonderful with many great items to see and buy. Then we went to the restaurant. Our server was amazing and our biscuits were delicious! The food came out fast and hot. However beside the biscuits, the rest of the meal was just a normal chain restaurant quality food. Overall we had a good time and would stop by again for another visit if we drive by again for breakfast!

If you want a nice quick escape to the Country then look no further! This Cracker Barrel gives a vibrant experience for everyone who comes. Whether you’re there to shop at their Famous Country store or your stomach is rumbling, you’re going to have a memorable experience! The Fried Chicken was Cooked perfectly! I couldn’t stop eating it. The Mini-Cheesecake was DELICIOUS and my only disappointment was, I WANTED MORE!! The PERFECT place to bring Family and Friends.

I love going to this restaurant. All the food I’ve had here is delicious! Biscuits and cornbread served before meals are great. My favorite food is probably chicken dumplings! Yum! I also enjoyed the combo meal to try a few things with ham, meatloaf and chicken and 3 sides, I had plenty of food to bring home for left overs! The atmosphere is so neat with old country items on walls, a nice large fireplace and a store to buy great gifts which helps my 3 year old behave nicely at dinner table knowing he could get a prize from mommy and daddy in the store after meal.

The Store: What a cool little shop to go to. They definitely have many unique items that I haven't seen in any other retail stores. The ceiling decor is wild. I would go back again to see what is new for sale in the future. The only fault is they're pricey, so be prepared to drop a few extra bucks. The Restaurant: I have mixed feelings on it. The plus side is the staff is nice, the area is clean, the decor is like no other, and service was timely. My steak was cooked at perfect temperature - always a huge plus. The lemonade is phenomenal. The worst that stood out to me would be the green beans looked like it came out of a very dated can. The texture was mush, the appearance was nauseating, and the taste is exactly what you think it would be; disgusting. When the bread was served we were told they had no plates so we were handed some napkins. The eating area wasn't even half full so I found that to be odd. I also noticed some Servsafe issues when handling cups and plates. A server should always be trained properly to avoid cross contamination. That's day 1 for every restaurant. Because of the store part I'll give a very generous 3 stars. I would probably visit another location again in the future. It just wouldn't be my first choice if I was going to do so.

Flavorful food in a quaint atmosphere with lovely customer service. Check out is a bit of a hassle - they apparently don't trust their wait staff to collect the bill, and you'll have to wait online to check out. Update is still a great place for comfort food, rocking chairs, and country store.

First, the food was cold. Instead of taking it back, waitress brought out another dish. I got charged twice for cold food. Then an ant crawls out from under the plate and up my partners arm! She squished it with a napkin. Showed our waitress who told the manager. She said he apologized. No kind of compensation for the most disgusting thing to happen in a public establishment. Never going there again. Yuck

First time coming here the tater tots were my fav had good flavor and love the ranch dipping sauce. The eggs with the hash needed more flavor. I added salt, pepper, ketchup to the hash and it tasted better. Definitely liked the crunchiest corner of the pancakes it would have been perfect if the butter came on the side so you can dip it into it. Love the syrup nice hot and fresh and the bottle it came in. This place got some potential. Like the country theme they have. Very interesting. I came a second time around and omg this tasted better than the last food I had. The steak, eggs with the grits, fried apples I did one substitute and got tater tots.

Our impromptu visit here was delightful and enjoyable. We strolled in as a party of 3, there was no wait so we were immediately sat and soon thereafter greeted by our server. He has somewhat of a savoir fair which complemented the country elegance of the atmosphere. Sufficed to say, we were wholely satisfied upon departure. Our tip to our attentive server reflected this accordingly. High expectations were satisfied! You should give this place a try, especially if you like biscuits.

Pure American comfort food restaurant with in house general store. Which has lovely ornaments , mugs, dresses, Christmas decor, snacks, chocolate, drinks etc. loved the atmosphere and felt very cozy . The server was very efficient in getting the food on time. Super busy place yet we had to wait just less than 5 min to get seating. There is outdoor seating as well with ample parking. The place is recommended for both young and old crowd

The food was very good. Delivered to the table quickly and still hot. Although it seemed as if we were a bother to our server his name tag if he had one was nowhere to be seen and he did not introduce himself. The seating area has the usual southern style slightly country western decor. Although it was not tremendously busy it was fairly loud ixthink the openness of the floor plan lends itself to that. We did not have to shout to carry on conversation so that's a win. Over all I would say the visit today was only diminished by our servers lack of interest in our satisfaction I ordered coffee and was never offered a refill and that kind of restaurant service 101. I will return because I have had excellent service at this location many time before. His tip reflects the poor nature of the service. Oh right there isn't one.

Ordered the Old Timers breakfast with sausage patty's and ended up with bacon. Had to request the sausage pattys that I ordered. Never received the gravy for the biscuits and gravy, so I had to ask for that. Also, we were never given utensils to eat our meals or refills on our drinks.

Great meal. The waitress that started us out was a little ditsy. She apparently was at the end of her shift another one came to take over for her and she was wonderful. We stopped at the gift store on our way out. They had some beautiful Christmas stuff, discounted. We bought a couple of really pretty new decorations. .

Our quick stop for a lunch turned into a 2 hour stop. Our waitress was new (she told us) and very friendly. However, we were served food without utensils and had to wait. There were no napkins. We were served a basket of bread with no plates, napkins or silverware. We asked for plates and they arrived after we ate the bread leaving crumbs all over the table and sticky fingers. Our waitress was very busy and tried. The kicker, we saw other people- waitresses- just walking around and not helping her (till the very end). I had asked for napkins from one of them and she ignored me. The store is awesome! Friendly, helpful and tons of snow globes!

Such a great place to go eat and shop! Went with my mom for breakfast, we were sat down and instantly offered drinks. The food was GREAT and so much we had to take it home with us. Afterwards we did some shopping. They always have the cutest things. Everyone working was friendly and kind. Definitely will be back and recommend going. They're fully loaded tater tots are delicious, Definitely try.

Wow 1 1/2 hours to get breakfast. A lot of people around us came ate and left. I think our order was forgotten I would recommend that the manager take a few minutes to meet and greet the patrons to ensure things like this are avoided. I believe crackle barrel entry and exit design to have a few flaws that would speed up their production without compromise customer service.

I've enjoyed every experience I've had at Cracker Barrel. The service has always been prompt and friendly, and the variety of home cooked favorites has something to please every palette. The food prices are also wallet friendly. My favorite dish is the chicken fried chicken. Having the attached country store is an added bonus. They carry some childhood favorite candies as well as hard to find soft drinks and novelties. The prices can be a bit high, but it's fun to browse.

The food was just ok, nothing special, but not terrible. I do wish there were gluten-free options. The service was not great, our server was rude and the hostess was rude. The restaurant wasn't even busy and the service was slow.

I've been to cracker barrel restaurant many times in the Springfield, MA over the years but was very disappointed this time. I ordered grilled maple bacon chicken, which was good. I ordered the hash brown casserole which was bland & tasted like it was sitting around fir a while. My husband ordered the meatloaf & it looked a little burnt & tasted burnt but he ate it anyways. Even his sides of green beans & corn weren't very good. He ordered soup & they ran out. We tried to order steamed broccoli & they were out. When we were given our silverware packet, the knives were missing. When we got our bill,we were still charged for the soup but the server had that taken off. The service was very good but the food, not so much. I was extremely disappointed & don't know if would go back. We were there around 4-4:30 pm & they weren't that busy.

Arrived for a late breakfast around 1 pm. The restaurant was fairly busy but not packed. Several seating options were available but we got placed near 2 other couples and another seated after us. Made for a crowded area with several open tables near us. The server Zhane was great. Attentive and checked in when he wasn't busy with another table of 6. The food was ok. Been to this location several times in the past and the food has been better. That said, they are having a candle sale in the shop before the restaurant. The smell(s) may have come in to mix with the food and that may be why we thought the food was a little off. As we paid our bill we mentioned this to the cashier and the manager overheard us. He came right over to see what he could do to help. Told him we were already done with our food and had paid our bill but wanted to make sure we mentioned our experience. He was very receptive and said he would check a few things in the back just to make sure. We order the Stuffed Cheesecake Pancakes and the Hashbrown Casserole. They also had a special on Caramel Lattes.

Cameron was our waiter. He was excellent... Even ran out phone out to us when we left it behind. I got salad and loaded baked potato for lunch. Both were very good. Chocolate pecan pie for dessert. Also very good. I would love to see more gluten free options.

So visiting from Canada, I was told to visit here for a good Southern style breakfast. And well, it was... I'm sure people love the biscuits and gravy, I was told that I HAD to try them. They don't really live up to the hype, if anything they tastes like warm Popeyes biscuits that I could've gotten for cheaper there. The gravy also did not help. The country fried steak, combined with the hashbrown casserole, I couldn't finish it. Not sure if it's just this location or if that's the standard, but definitely could not handle all the cheese and greasiness. That's not saying we don't have greasy food in Canada, but here it seemed over the top, which this is apparently the standard. Having a gift shop was nice though, it was fun to look at all the knick knacks about, always love a good souvenir! Overall the service was nice, but I definitely walked away with a bit of a sick tummy.
