I’ve been to this place almost every time I have visited Ma. Let me tell you every time it smacked. I hear some people say the burritos used to be a bit bigger but honestly I haven’t noticed. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a quick bite something not too light to eat! Enjoy.

As always... I'd like to start off by saying I only review a business in extreme cases , if they are terrible or above and beyond great. Word of mouth at the office was "you have to try this". When you walk in the staff makes everyone feel comfortable and the relaxed vibes makes it a good place for the family. We ordered and don't be fooled by the look of the menu, everything on there is enough for you to have one happy belly. We had the tacos and quesadillas and oh my goodness the flavors were incredible. Everything was cooked to perfection. Words cannot do this place justice. If you're looking for "mexican" food (Tacos, burritos, ect.) This is the place hands down. Thank you 2 Rivers Team for making this a great experience. UPDATE It has been a few months since our first visit to this restaurant. Our main objective was to see the consistency of the food. We had the same thing as before and man, it was just as incredible. Again, this is a must visit establishment. Thanks again 2 rivers !

I order the burrito with diced pork. The food was very good and I liked all the ingredients in the burrito. Things seemed very fresh and finally minced. The restaurant is clean and has a nice comfortable feel. The gentleman who took my order was kind and friendly. And the woman who brought me my burrito gave it to me with a smile. And when I left the person who took my order said thank you to me. Good service should always involved smiles and thank yous to their customers. This place hits it out of the park on each of those which is something that is very lost in today's restaurant world. Bravo to the staff at the Two Rivers Burrito Co.

GREAT SERVICE!! I walked in to pickup an online order. I thought I ordered a burrito. Apparently I ordered a bowl by mistake. Even though it was almost closing time, they offered to put it into a wrap. It was my mistake not theirs. Thank you for your willingness to go above and beyond. The food was great. Would definitely recommend.

Two Rivers Burrito is hands down one of my favorite restaurants to get food from. Their Burritos taste so fresh and the Honey Jalapeño is one of my favorite sauces. Not only is their food delicious but the crew that works there are some of the friendliest kindest human beings. They are always smiling and greeting everyone with a warm welcome. I'd eat there every day if I could. Best place around!!

Pros: Friendly staff Good food Cons: Charges to cut a Burrito Charges to grill a Burrito Tip screen integrated in the credit card screen. This is the only restaurant that I've ever been to that charges to cut and/or grill a Burrito and I've eaten at a lot of restaurants. A $7.50 burrito ended up costing over $10.00 with the cut, grill, and tax. It's absurd that a restaurant would do such a thing! Does Domino's charge for cutting a pizza? No. Does Subway charge extra for toasting and cutting their sandwiches? No. I will not be returning to this restaurant and I will not recommend this establishment for charging extras for basic food preparation services that no other place does.

Great smoky flavor in the chicken bowl. Service is also amazing!

Taco Bell, Chipotle and Moe's have all disappointed me before but not this place. I've been coming here for years and they've never made something I didn't love. Also major bonus points for never making me a burrito that fell apart on me.

Just visited this place again. We had a pork burrito and a chicken quesadilla. Both inside and outside are extremely clean. The environment makes you feel so comfortable. Food is fantastic! 👍👍 Will take any visitor to Westfield to taste this gourmet food.

Holy jeeze! This place has fantastic food at a very good price. Everyone in my family loved their lunch. Do yourself a favor and head on down for a killer meal. Burrito? Great! Quesadilla? Great! Tacos? Great! Bowl? Great! My only wish would be for their chips to be the thinner house made kind instead of dry bagged chips. They're delicious, but that would have been perfection. I also appreciate their clear commitment to earth friendly packaging for the food.

Have been eating here for years. Food is consistently good. Fresh ingredients. Good drink options. Free parking in the back off of school street. Staff is unbelievably attentive and thorough.

I love this place! Our family eats here every two weeks or so and the food is always on point. Fresh, and delicious. We usually do take out and every-time I have gone in to pick up the food the staff is super friendly and you’re greeted with a smile. The only thing I’d change is being open 7 days a week as I always crave it on the days they are closed.

Excellent local burrito place. I've been here a couple of times and have never been disappointed. Everyone working there is exceptionally nice. I highly recommend the Chicken Quesadilla.

I’ve gotten the pork carnitas & the pulled chicken salad. Both were delicious & fresh. The house sour cream is great too.

I kept hearing about this place and finally tried it. Keep it quick I will be going back for sure! Had the 1/2 size chicken burrito as it comes. I love that the honey jalapeno sauce is using local ingredients and it the right level of sweet and mild spice. The staff was so sweet.

Two Rivers is my go to anytime I stop through Westfield. Amazing bowls, burritos, “Wow” quality tacos. They are quick but somehow the service and food quality are top notch. Simply phenomenal spot.

Best burrito I have ever had- no joke lots of places but none are like this. You should be proud of what you make!!! The service is the same as the food-Excellent!!!

I can only think of a couple other local places that use the same high-quality ingredients as Two Rivers Burrito. Extremely friendly staff, expeditious service, and incredibly delicious food. Although I wish the pricing was a little lower, at the end of the day you get what you pay for. Also make sure to check the days and hours of operation ahead of time.

Wow! Blown away by the amazing customer service - and food - I had here today! I've only had their burritos once before and remembered them being really good - and I'm honestly not the biggest burrito fan in the world. My husband and I happened to be in town today so thought we'd stop by. I looked online and saw they closed at 7, so decided to order ahead to hopefully give a heads up. Unfortunately I had bad cell service and it took a few minutes for me to place the order, so I didn't place it in time to make the 15min window before close. The app told me my order wouldn't be ready until 10:45 the next morning! We were almost there so I planned to just go in and see what could be done, but before we even pulled up an employee (Tyler) called me (such proactivity!) and let me know it was fine to head in, my order would be ready. When I got there they did not seem even a little annoyed, and my order was ready within minutes - they even threw in chips and guac on the house! My burrito was delicious (hubs loved his as well) - the house sour cream is out of this world. Will be making excuses to go to Westfield now just to get their burritos 🤤

I eat here so much that I should just get rid of my kitchen! The only thing better than the fresh yummy food is the beyond friendly staff. I truly believe they know the names of all their customers.

We stopped in as a random pick as we were visiting MA for the day from NY. This place was amazing! The food was very fresh, nicely presented, and most of all absolutely delicious. I ordered the chicken quesadilla, basic yes but the flavor was ALL THERE. Side of chips and pico style salsa was delicious as well. My boyfriend ordered the bowl with beef, he was impressed as well. Cannot forget the house made sour cream either, that was the icing on the cake. The staff was super nice and very helpful as well! I would love to come back sometime!

This place is trying, but missing. The rice is terrible. It is not Mexican rice. Cumin does not equal authentic Mexican food. There was so much cumin. The meat was so hot that i couldn't finish my meal. Spicy does not equal Mexican food. I was excited to try it, but disappointed in the experience. The staff and management were very nice.
