Parc view is a nice community but management can be terrible. When I first went apartment hunting it was a month or two before move in, I looked at one bed apartments. I signed the lease and was trying to make sure it’s going to be the exact same layout as the one I toured, well I got a tucked away corner unit with the strange layout, fine whatever I can live with that. The hallways are NEVER clean, and they charge you for outrageous fines. I got a $500 pet fine for pet sitting my family’s animals for a few days. After trying to explain that and literally being in tears in the main managers office because with the way the economy’s going I was literally broke broke she basically told me good luck and I had to pay it. When I was moving out and looking at new apartments, they told the apartment I was looking at that I had 3 animals!! I only have one esa dog!

If you like dealing with 0 parking and neighbors who blast music all day and until 3am, then this is the place for you! One weekend I had a neighbor blast music until 330am Saturday night, which kept me up because of the thumping of my walls all night.. AND then the very next day (Sunday morning) a separate neighbor was blasting their music from 9am-noon, leaving me unable to nap or sleep in from the other a-holes music keeping me up all night but then it continued again from 5pm-10pm. People (usually same group every time) on Sundays (when management isn’t here) act like they own the pool area and blast their music so loud that you can hear it from two buildings over and then they have 20 guests coming and going all day taking all the parking spaces, which is very rude and disrespectful to your neighbors who also want to use the pool on their weekends. There’s also some dude who circles the lot on his dirt bike on weekends over and over for a couple hrs, which is dangerous, disruptive, and disrespectful. Parking is first come first serve unless you pay extra and add in a garage or carport to your lease for an extra fee, so if you work late/evenings be expecting to come home to 0 parking, if you want to go anywhere on weekends, be expecting to come home to 0 parking.. sometimes you get lucky, though! Run from here, do not live here.

We love living at Parc View! We just recently signed our third lease here and moved from an apartment to one of the townhomes. The homes themselves are beautifully modern and equipped with great features such as Vivint Smart Home systems. The amenities are fabulous and include a large gym, barbecue area, and dog park in addition to the pool and hot tub. The staff is friendly and the maintenance team is so quick! Once, I put a maintenance request in and it was fulfilled within 15 minutes. We would highly recommend living at Parc View.

I live in the apartment next door and our maintenance team was out today. A kind man by the name of Jason who is part of Parc Views maintenance came and cut his lunch short to come fix my sink. He was very quick and made sure that the problem was fixed all the way so I didn’t have any more problems with my sink. Definitely a hard worker and did not complain once about having to cut his lunch short. I really appreciate it so much

Cody made the whole move in process a breeze and was wonderful to work with! The apartment is a quiet community with great amenities. Any monthly fees are explained during lease signing and reflect accurately. Very impressed so far!

Moved in with Cody being our manager, he was AMAZING! He went above and beyond to make it a smooth sailing process. Upon moving out we dealt with Cody before he transitioned to a new role (congrats) where we discussed move out expectations. He moved out of the role and I then had the misfortune of dealing the new manager at this facility who didn't honor what was set prior to Cody who charged us for things because I couldn't be there for the final walkthrough. The management there are mastermind con artist. The new "team" that is in there is so disorganized, unprofessional, and unresponsive to emails and phone calls. When you do manage to get ahold of anybody there they are very rude and short. Definitely wish they could've taken ANY notes from Cody to understand what it takes to manage a property. The only reason I give 2 stars is because of Cody's amazing dedication to his role while he was there.

I was recently involved in a serious life altering accident that's left me paralyzed and in a wheelchair. I applied to be a resident of these apartments with my current roommate who's been my primary care taker since the accident. However, our application was denied because of a non-violant marijuana possession misdemeanor 2 years ago by my roommate. I'm leaving my rehab facility tomorrow back to a home that is entirely NOT wheelchair accessible where I will be trapped without the assistance of 2 other people to help me maneuver the house while I attempt to find a new apartment that will allow my roommate. It's truly unfortunate as I was really looking forward to living at Parc View apartments for its wheelchair accessibility. I attempted to work with the apartment management to find a solution and exception but unfortunately they decided their policy was more important than being accommodating to my life altering injury. I would NOT recommend living at these apartments due to their poor, inconsiderate local and corporate management.

From the very first walk in they were all very polite . But I was lucky enough to get Briana to help me w my tour and helping me w anything I needed help w . She answered all my questions and she was able to get me in my 1 bedroom that I became a residence in . She really was awesome. Thanks again for for being so kind a patient w me . It sure makes a difference from the beginning how you are w your customers that are looking to rent a place how you are w them .. I'm looking forward to see what's ahead of me here to come .
