Delicious Barbecued meats, with a variety of side dishes. We ate burnt ends with mashed red potatoes,Mac and cheese, corn muffin and toast. The meat portion was very generous.

Overall I liked my visit. The staff was extremely friendly and I like that they have an app for takeout. I ordered the pork sandwich and it was a little dry but good and they scrimped a little on the fries. I will come again but perhaps, order something different.

Some of the best ribs I’ve ever had. It was a bit expensive for lunch, but the food was so good it was worth it. The sides were also very good and so was the service. Wish this chain still offered a three rib lunch combo (and jalapeño Mac and cheese).

We walked in right at 11 when they opened and had the place to ourselves. Jace was our server and did excellent. Asked about our plans the rest of the day and genuinely showed interest in us. Also while there we saw him joking around with coworkers and making the atmosphere really light and fun. Didn't feel like we were alone there. Fantastic asset you have there. Food always delivers on quality. Price of the lunch special is always fair and ice cold draft beer. Kudos to everyone there!

Usually not my favorite place, but last time I got the Texas Beef Brisket Bowl and it was absolutely delicious! Great combination of flavor and texture. Highly recommend!

Me and my family havent been here for a while...This time we went was less good as i remember it the brisket tasted funny. Im giving 5 stars for the service we received from Rob..He was very polite and courteous and that kind of service is what is making me come back next time hopefully next server is as good as this young man..my family was very happy when we left....GREAT JOB ROB!!!

Food size was very good, the quality of it was ok. Service was kind ok, a friend of my has some difficulty. However was something good to try this new place with a nice atmosphere. The only problem that I have seen is that is to dark to read the menu.

We love this Famous Dave's Bar-B-Que in Jordan Landing! The manager Jeremy who responded to my complaint of a rude host at the entrance made this a "Happy Birthday experience". We had a great waiter- Omar an excellent replacement host, Gabe, so the experience that started out unpleasant became is a good memory that ends with complimentary cake! It is difficult for any business to make it work after quarantine and it's a testament to smart management and hard workers who care about customer service as part of the dining experience. Please come to this Famous Dave's restaurant and support a manager and staff who care about you and the hard earned dollars you spend in their establishment. We arrived at around 6 o’clock and were seated right away. We had the best waiter, Chris. Food was great (no pictures because… hungry!) we had a 3 meat combo for two people. The corn muffins are delicious and you must have one. The flavored lemonades were a tad sweet but you can always ask for water and dilute them. We had the peach and raspberry lemonades. Didn’t need the restrooms so not sure how those look. Overall is was clean and a great place to have dinner.

We enjoy going to Famous Daves for barbecue every once in a while. My spare ribs were very good and my husband enjoyed his fried chicken.. The collard greens were good but had too many onions. You don't need the onions to collards ratio to be the same about a 1/4 of the onions used would have been better. And if you are going to advertise your chili as Award Winning, please make sure that it is truly worthy of winning an award for flavor and not lack of flavor.

Worst place i ate in a long time. 20 min before they took our order, cocktails had to be ordered separately, no water , then another 20 min till the food got there, still no water or cocktails. Food was horrible, pork so dry you had to use a knife to cut it into bite size pieces with no bbq sauce just a dry piece of toast under it. Burned ends were doused in bbq sauce but were almost cold and nothing but fat. Cocktails finally arrived about 10 min after our meal got there. Worst $56. I spent in a long time. Will NOT go back.

Quick service for a Sunday afternoon. My server was Famous Chris and he was great! Food was good had the ribs and brisket with their wilbur beans, corn and fries. Nothing too memorable though except for the corn bread, it was nice and warm. I had an Arnold palmer with peach lemonade and it was not sweet at all had good taste. Overall my experience was good.

Placed a catering order 2 days ahead of time. Supposed to pick up between 415 and 430. Now 515 and still no food. No manager presence at all. Don't think the actual to go person was here till 5. Absolute joke. Name taken twice by two different people. With this experience I doubt I would actually dine in. UPDATE 5/13/22: They totally took care of me to a point I would think about going back and dining in. I do know the servers were very nice while I was waiting. I hope they can find some help and would recommend they update their catering system. Also, when we did get the food finally. Got home to eat and the food was really good! Cornbread was some of the best we have ever had! Thank you to Jody the manager and Paula in the catering office for getting me and my family taken care of.

I took my family to Famous Dave's in Jordan landing and we were so happy with our service. The was a mistake on out order but the manager Richard was very helpful and corrected it right away. Richard is the heart of this Famous daves he greeted us as we walked in he was very attentive to not only the guests but staff as well he and our server Amy were very funny and just great to talk to. We will be coming back again, not only for the food but for the way we were treated. 🙂 Thank you Richard and amy for making it an enjoyable time.

We had them cater an event today for over 200 people and it was AWESOME! The food was awesome, delivered on time and Brittany (who delivered) was awesome! All I can say is the experience was wonderful! (Couldn't say awesome again lol)

First let me start by saying how delicious the food was. Famous Amy took SUCH good care of us. Then the manager, Jeremy, came by and made sure we were all taken care of. I’ve never had such good service in my life time. They both seemed to love their jobs, and their costumer service was AMAZING. If Famous Dave’s employees actually read these things- Jeremy and Amy should quit their jobs and start traveling the world and train all these other restaurants on how to do customer service the right way. If you want REAL BBQ with EXCELLENT sides, this is the place to go for a great meal, made by a great and giving human!! We ordered the all American feast. Every single item was spot on, with the perfect flavor profiles for each! The sliced brisket melted in our mouths and the ribs were very tasty! My leftovers were just as delicious! And of course the service was great It's definitely a must-go

Why do I keep eating here? Told upon arrival, it would be a 10 min wait. That turned into 35 mins. The hostess kept stopping by and saying "sorry no one is leaving". There was no one ahead of us. The place was quiet. Once seated, we ordered 2 pepsis. We were brought 1 pepsi and a water. Waited another 35 mins for the meal. Had to ask twice for salt, pepper and BBQ sauce. Isn't that what you're famous for? Watch the hostess bus the table across from us, barehanded, pick up, corn cobs and put half eaten chicken bones onto one plate. This would have been unsanitary even before the pandemic. At least 2 tables at a time were left unbused and dirty for minutes on end before being bused. Huge disappointment. Felt unsanitary.

I've only had their takeout, both times catered for my company. Both times, the brisket sandwich arrived cold. Not a great experience. Tasted fine but it's hard to tell for sure when the food is cold.

Best BBQ ever, hands down! Don't even think about going to that sub-par place called Dickies. Famous Daves' portions r huge and priced just right. The quality of the meat is top notch. This place is awesome!

Wow, I had forgotten how awesome Dave's lunch menu was. And his family deals. Me and my 2 buddy's dropped in for a late lunch, and was it a good choice. We had the managers meat trial special that had 5 different types of cooked meats, pork and beef and poultry. We all left full and very satisfied, as well as pleased with the ticket. Great value, good service. Definitely is solid 4 and 1/2 stars with this Buzz review on places to eat.

We like this place a lot on nights when it’s not busy, when it is busy the food quality takes a major hit. Our sides were cold and the meat was over cooked. It’s all good though, we’ve just learned to stay away on the weekend.

Have been inside a few times and love the food! I did have a order from Grub hub that I was not pleased with the quality of food however I called and spoke to a manager and he was very nice and replaced the order. I did have to pick it up but the 2nd attempt was fabulous! I understand mistakes happen and I was very pleased that they had no problem replacing my order. Getting ready to order more today! Food was good took forever to get my order though. mostly the fault of online ordering, when you put an ASAP, it puts you at like 45 minutes out... Doesn't take 45 minutes if I walk in the door!!! Fix your online ordering BS.

Not sure what they’re famous for. Its not the food. Its really hard to screw up bbq but they’ve mastered it. Go elsewhere! Gave 3 stars because our waiter was good. I can’t complain about the service.

Placed an order online two days before New Year's Eve, got the confirmation email that it was successful. While standing in line to get my order, I received an email, two days later, that my order was never received by their system. I talked to the person in the restaurant, they confirmed I had no order. She placed an order for me there on the spot and asked me to wait 30 min to get ready. I was there for 2 hours. I was constantly told my order was almost ready. After 2 hours of waiting, they told me they were out of ribs....so they asked me if they can substitute it with something else. I mean, really???? At the end of the night, I got home with something I didn't even ordered and waited 2 hours for it. Terrible experience. I was told I would be refunded, but I haven't seen any indication that would happen. Do not recommend this place for New Year or online orders.

We love good BBQ and with Covid this year decided to have a Christmas meal with our employees in our home and social distance a little more than we could in a restaurant. Somehow our order got messed up with the delivery service. Famous Elliott called us and apologized and made things right. We were so impressed with the customer service! It was totally worth the inconvenience and wait. The ribs, brisket, pulled pork and sauces were amazing!!! Our sides were perfect and I loved the cornbread muffins more than I thought I would! Lol THANK YOU Famous Dave’s!
