absolutely love how lush and green everything is as well as blessed with all the waterfalls too!!
Cypress Falls Park in West Vancouver is a wonderful place to escape into nature! The trail is relatively easy and takes you through lush forest to reach two beautiful waterfalls. The sound of the rushing water and the dense greenery create a calming, peaceful atmosphere. The paths can be a bit muddy after rain, so good footwear is recommended. It’s a great spot for families, casual hikers, and anyone looking to enjoy a short walk in a stunning forest setting. Highly recommended for a refreshing outdoor experience!
Great park with beautiful trails and scenic views. However, we found the Creek Trail a bit challenging to walk on due to its steep slopes. There might be alternative routes that we didn’t discover.
Our short hiking that really fit to my family in New Year day. I bring my mom (senior) and my 4years old. They really like it. Not too steep and perfect weather not make it too muddy. The falls so stunning. Water so clear too. Much hiker bring their furry baby too..
Our sunny Sunday adventure led us to Cypress Waterfalls in BC, and what a day it was! Hiking with friends was a blast, and this trail was just right – short, easy, and full of natural beauty. The round-trip to the falls spanning about 3 km made for a perfect hour-long trek. The highlight? The falls, of course! Nature's spectacle, the cascading water was a sight to behold. But what added magic to the hike was the small stream on the way back. We paused there for a lunch break, and the stream's vivid green hue was absolutely breathtaking. This trail isn't just about the falls; it's about the journey. The lush surroundings, chirping birds, and the serene atmosphere made the hike a memorable experience. Plus, taking a breather by that stunningly vibrant stream was a picture-perfect moment. Cypress Waterfalls is a gem for an easy yet enchanting hike amidst nature's splendor.
Nice short trail to get to a cute waterfall and river, beginners trail was perfect for someone trying to get into more hiking like myself and my dog enjoyed being able to smell all the nooks and crannies of the forest . Small parking lot but we went mid morning on a Wednesday so there lots of spots available, can’t imagine weekend parking would be easy. Softball diamond right at the beginning of the trail was also great for my dog to run a few laps before heading home . Wish there were more trail markers as there’s lots of random trails that I’d like to explore but wish I knew where they’d lead to before taking. Overall nice area for hiking
Amazing and beautiful. Good shoes is recommended as some places are very steep and rocky. People do walk with their dogs off leash. I had one dog almost bite me. God's creation is so AMAZING. I felt His presence here.
I felt like I was walking in a fairy forest. Peaceful and beautiful forest. A great place to relax to the sounds of the waterfalls. Moderate hike. Free parking lot. Highly recommend.
