I absolutely loved this hotel. One king bed, ocean view suite on the second floor, was amazing! Spacious, clean, and comfortable. There was also a separate sitting room with a couch, chair, and table with huge windows giving us the most amazing view of the ocean. Beautifully decorated and even had a nice vase of flowers on the table. A small balcony was perfect for drinking my morning coffee. Free breakfast (coffee, juice, bagels, cereal) was available and was a nice start to the day. Coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave were great to have. Some cosmetic updates could be made, but no big deal. Short walk to beach and pier shops. The staff was friendly and hard working. I would most definitely stay here again.

I can only speak for room 111. Clean, but tiny... No dresser... Big bed, but only one side has night stand. Only had a few hangers in closet. Weird vibration, rumbling noise... Sounded like a generator or something. It happened every 15 minutes or so for 15 seconds or so. Freaky odd! Overall, as long as you are not expecting a luxury resort... This place is nice. Great view out front.

A slightly older hotel with a gorgeous view of the ocean. Rooms could use some updating but are generally clean with large beds. **Be warned if you're here on a Saturday morning you'll be hearing the window shaking sound of landscapers from 8-10a, it's really intense and lasts about 2hrs.

This is a nice cozy hotel right on the water across from the wall, the rooms are nice and the room we had had an excellent view with a small balcony. Our room also contained a nice sitting area with a love seat and chair as well as coffee machine and refrigerator. Everything was neat and cleanIncluding the bathroom. You are in walking distance between the public beach and several restaurants and shopping. There is plenty of parking and they will give you a tag so that you can park in a lot. This is a very nice location with great views, you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic location and staff. Room was basic and on the smaller side but had everything we needed. Restaurants and the beach are within walking distance. Debbie at the front desk was super helpful. Parking is plentiful and it's easy to get in and out of the lot. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you're looking for that perfect mix of not too expensive, good location with parking, and an easy check in/out experience. We would go here again!

The rooms are awfully dated, badly decorated, and smell like mold. The owner has very poor hygiene himself and is really unfriendly. Don’t know why he is in the hospitality biz. I have stayed in 35 different hotels in the past 90 days…this one takes the cake for horrible customer service. This place has bad vibes!!! Stay somewhere else!!! I

The cleaning staff stole from us and the front desk people covered it up despite photographic evidence of the items taken from the room. Front desk lady was extremely rude in phone calls and in person.

Basic facilities. Clean. Rooms spacious, TV, microwave, fridge, coffee machine. On the sea front. Excellent local guide provided, noting fooderies etc within walking distance. Lovely staff. Jobs a good un!

The view is exceptional from the windows of your room, the side terrace of some rooms and second floor deck. Continental breakfast gets the day started, attentive staff. We stayed for a wedding and booked a year in advance and paid $350 a night, two night minimum. For that pretty penny, I was disappointed to see rusted terrace furniture and our screen door duct taped instead of replaced. Dated, modest decor. We had noisy neighbors with no quiet hours in place,family friendly per the staff, until 1 am.

What a pleasant surprise this hotel is; right on the ocean, clean, good service, breakfast included (very simple selection but fresh bagels and good coffee works), good service and room rates are justified by the location. Hotel layout is somewhat dated and you can hear exterior noise but the cleanliness, fresh paint and the amazing views make up for it. We enjoyed our stay, will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel!

Great little hotel right on the water! Easy walk to Narragansett beach, beautiful views. The hotel is directly across from the sea wall and sitting out there at night was perfect. Really relaxing, not a loud hotel, has what you need. Will definitely be back.

Great location, very spacious room with a separate seating area and porch overlooking ocean. Extremely convenient to shops, dining and beach front walk. Very friendly check in staff. Gave food suggestions and things to do. All with a smile! Clean comfortable room! Definitely would stay here again! Thank you!
