My new favorite BBQ place. This place has completely blown me away, next to their 4 signature sauces they have filled ready to go on the table to their sweet and tangy drinks! Everything is as good as it looks with a kick! I highly recommend if you haven't gone already! You're missing out!!

We had a great time tonight at smokey bones in Warwick! Bella was our server and she was amazing. Great service, great conversation and a genuinely great atmosphere! We will be back for mnday bogo wings! Bella's recommendation honey got was to die for. A little spicy so I had go enjoy a cookie skillet to cool my mouth off! Highly recommend!

They used to be decent. Now they serve smaller portions and poorer quality food. We ordered takeout and there was no BBQ sauce, the meat was dry, and the sausage tasted off. We also ordered extra mac and cheese as previously it was our favorite. It had almost no cheese flavor and was very bland and dry. Previously it was more of a baked mac and cheese with actual cheese on top. They also included no garlic bread with the 3 meat plate whereas previously at least one piece was included (a second under the pulled pork if you ordered it). Waste of money and we will not be returning.

My review is solely based on restaurant management. Food quality is always 4 to 5 stars. We were seated at our table around 8:45pm on busy Saturday night. We got our food around 9:15pm, a few minutes after that the light on our section of the restaurant turned off. We asked our waiter if is possible to turn them on because we were eating in the dark. She said that’s no possible and a key is needed to bypass the light system. We had to used our cell phone lights to eat. This was a terrible experience. They shouldved never sat us in that section of the lights are on a time. I’ve attached an unedited picture of what it looked at our table

Luncheon smoked pulled pork brocolli the best. Burger juicy and yummy. Merlot 7.50 6oz pour.. friendly and helpful server and manager..

Yikes!!! Worst meal I have had in ages. Cold Mac and cheese covered in beef fatty tissue with a couple bites of meat to be fair. But yikes man. This is one of the few corporate places I’ve been too. I never go to corporate chains because we have so many beautiful privately owned businesses in Rhode Island. I like to keep the money Local as well, as support our artisans and chefs. We have some of the greatest educational systems for culinary arts in the state. Including some slamming barbecue joints. I’m sorry this isn’t one as far as I’m concerned. They have a great bar if you drink. And pool tables. I’m sure it could very well have been possibly an off night for them they did take the mac & cheese off the bill. I made a special trip because they have such beautiful menus from East Providence. Oh well…..

We had Nicole as a waitress and she was excellent. Was a quiet Thursday there, wasn't many patrons either. They have a special bogo boneless wings which were good. Ordered ribs. Were decent. The manager came over without us asking because she wanted to make sure we were signed up for rewards. Commendable for sure.

Food was on the good side. Coleslaw could use more base so it's not as dry. Baked beans were pretty good. Ribs were good but need to have more smoked flavor. Overall Good!

My husband and I visited Smokey Bones for lunch while out in Warwick. I enjoyed the signature BBQ burger which is not only a massive burger but also topped with a healthy amount of pulled pork and fried pickles. The mac I chose for a side, however, was not really very impressive. I think if I went back I would try a different side. The BBQ rib tips were fairly good, with a very dark and crunchy smoked exterior. Not sure if I would personally get them again but I'm glad I tried them and I'm sure BBQ lovers would be much more into them than I was. The corn bread was my favorite thing we tried. The cornbread was nice and warm, it was a nice portion for two people to split and the butter complimented it perfectly. Kinda of hard to do wrong by me with some cornbread and this definitely did the trick for me! I also really enjoyed trying out their various barbecue sauces which were varied and interesting. Not at all a bad place to drop by if you are looking for some smoked or barbecue if you are in the area.

Smokey Bones has been a favorite for some time, we discovered this place in 2018 and have frequently gone there. Last few times we’ve ordered takeout I’ve been left feeling unhappy. Prior to last nights incident we had an order that was just poorly cooked (wings were overdone, pork belly pots over fried, and the pork had a little too much BBQ) figured it was a one time incident. Last night we ordered take out and honestly I was just bummed. Pork belly pots were on point but my brisket grilled cheese was 90% fat, barely any meat. No lie every bite was just mouthfuls of fat 🤢 I ate the bread and tried to pull out bits of meat I found but idk maybe this is the end of me eating at Smokey Bones. The corn I got as a side had what looked like mashed potato mixed in it as well, I wasn’t sure if that was a mishap. Extremely bummed as this was a fave spot but maybe takeout is not a strong suit 🤷🏻‍♀️ no complaints about eating at the restaurant but last night just ruined it for me.

Ordered a medium rare burger and it was completely burnt on the outside and raw on the inside. The pulled pork was all fat and drenched the buns and the fried pickles were like plastic. I haven't had from here in years and now I remember why. Went at a reasonable time, wasn't too busy so not sure why this happened. Totally inedible 😤

Satisfied Overall; First Visit to This Location, as I Haven’t Been to S.B. in quite some time. (Massachusetts). Server {Patrick} Was Professional and Attentive and Drinks Were Made Well: as I am Particular about that. Looking Forward to Dessert as I am Writing This as I’m Actually Here.

Firstly, the staff is wonderful. Our hostess/waitress was very friendly, cheerful and attentive. We went on a Friday afternoon and were seated quickly. We went for the boneless wing specials and fries. The food was fresh and hot. The price was also great. We've had the BBQ at Smokey Bones before and it was really delicious. I highly recommend it.

Great barbecue food, drinks and great service. My waitress was Tanja and she was great. A go to spot for some delicious wings and drinks. Love their Mac and cheese and sweet potato fries

The food was good and Sage was an excellent waitress. My only beef is that when you pay over $12 for a martini and it's just pure sugar, not good. Have had that happen every time I go there. The gin and tonic is good as long as you ask for a specific type of gin otherwise they will just use the cheap kind and it's not as good. I will definitely return to this place but I hope they fix the drinks or get a better bartender.

First and last time here. WoW, This place is bad. I thought the fact that their sign’s lights being out, revealing a funny saying, was an indication or clue, but i ignored it. I paid ~$43 for Ribeye at a medium rare, with steak butter and mushrooms. I got a well-done, dry, stiff, strip steak as hard as a hockey puck. Without the butter or the mushrooms. My son got a fully loaded baked potatoe. The cheese on it looked nuked in a microwave, or it had been sitting below a hot lamp for hours. The cheese and whatever was on the top of the potatoe was so hard i couldnt even cut through it to give a small piece to my younger kid. The pulled porked tasted like a crock pot mess, blan, steamed, and unseasoned. The garlic bread was soggy and gross.The kids cheeseburger was dry and came looking like another hockey puck. It was a hot mess here! The bill was in the hundreds. I will never be going back. In fact, the credit company is going to hear about it. Update: Called the frontline manager, and they dismissed everything, telling me this never happens here. B$! My neighbor ordered there last week and had an even worse with the service and the food. Must be a management + employee issue. Owners should clean house.

Caitlyn our server was great! Service was fast. Food came out perfect. The cooks tonight 1/30/24 did a phenomenal job. Compared to some of the other nights we have been there tonight they made the food perfect. Very pleased

Our waitress Kaitlyn was great! What aSo have us great survive and great food. Best apps I’ve ever had. My favorite food was the Korean pork belly pops. We love smoke bones!

The food was amazing! It wasn't crowded, and our server brought us fresh drinks at the perfect time. The prices are a tad high but absolutely worth every cent. We will definitely be going back.

I spent $45 and got ribs, brisket, wings, and mac and cheese. I don't know in what world a half rack of ribs can fit in the palm of your hands. Must have been ribs from an infant pig. The brisket was dry. The chicken was decent but the portions were not worth $45. I shouldn't spend $45, get all that food, and still be hungry. I have spent half of what I spent and gotten more food thats better quality. they also forgot my cornbread.

Was served by Caitlin who was excellent. Very courteous and knew the menu well. I would come back here just for her service. The food was good. The buffalo flavor could use a little more heat. I’m glad I got the hottest one as suggested by Caitlin as it at least had some heat to it.

My brother wanted barbecue for his birthday so we came straight to Smokey Bones. The food was perfect and very affordable. Our server Caitlin was also very friendly, hospitable, and made us feel right at home.

Sam are waitress was great. Need more waitresses like her. Five star for Sam ‼️😎 For improvements you can make sure you have 22 ounce glasses when you’re advertising 22 beers. Also, where did the apples go? They were excellent, and I looked forward to them.☹️

Everything was delicious, with one exception, which was the TEXAS STYLE BEEF BRISKET. No signature BBQ sauce came with it, and the brisket itself had no flavor and was dry. I really tried so hard to enjoy it, but it was not what I was expecting 😕.

Hands down best bar experience every Friday night. Christy and Casey are attentive, personable and sweet. Favorite local bar. Only down side as I enjoyed my drinks, food and amazing bar service, was one blonde waitstaff, kept yelling at the kitchen staff. The kitchen seemed to be working extremely hard, pushing out orders. But I’ll never stop coming back, the bar staff is always the best!!!

What a disappointing experience! It started with our being seated in a dark area where we could barely read the menu. We noticed several lights in other areas that were either turned off or (more likely) burned out. But the meal was the worst. While the baby back ribs were at least okay, the brisket was dry, the roasted corn was chewy, and the garlic bread was burnt. We had to send the baked potatoes back because it was as if they were thrice-baked. The replacement wasn't much better. We'd been looking forward to coming back here to try the brisket but will not return.

I got ribs and meatloaf to go. Usually I get the ribs and they are great. Today I thought I’d try the meatloaf. What a disappointment. Looks like they forgot to put 1/2 of it in the box. Tiny dry piece. I gave the overall a 3 because the ribs my son got were good. Just the meatloaf it woukd have been a 1.

Atmosphere and overall experience was great! We were seated almost immediately and Caitlin was a fast and attentive server! Would recommend for anyone going out for a date night or with family!
