The ice creams were sooo goood!! Family friendly environment just be patient if you go on the weekends we waited about 35 minutes to order but was all worth it. You can enjoy the green area and take the kids to see the cows and pigs 😍

I arrived at 4pm Saturday. The line wrapped around the inside of the store. I assumed the ice cream was that good. By 4:20 I realized it was due to a lack of competence by the staff. After receiving my ice cream I was taken by surprise that 4 scoops of ice cream cost $15 as it is sold by the ounce. I expected a rich creamy taste since it is homemade but it was watery. So watery it poured down my shirt, not an exaggeration. Take the $15 and get 3 tubs of turkey hill. You can thank me later!

Chester Springs Creamery, situated in a 100 plus acre Farm maintained by one family for the last few generations. Surrounded by plus green fields and grazing animals ( apart from animals in the shed & hens in a cage) for visitors to see & feed. If u are craving for delicious home made ice cream ,Chester Springs Creamery is the destination to experience authentic products at reasonable rates but to get them one needs to stand in line for your turn to order.Cups, cones & other many varieties of ice creams in different taste/ flavours are available. We enjoyed Chocolate & Coffee taste much & got them in bulk also as it is far from our place of residence. Farm fresh eggs & a variety of vegetables are for sale just outside,( balcony area) the ice cream shop for a reasonable rate. For true & authentic ice creams one must visit this place & enjoy different tastes.

Love this place for the experience not just their amazing icecreams. We were able to make it on the last day of their season closing... Will wait for spring to arrive. ... So long.

One of the best ice cream place. Fresh and Delicious home made ice cream, unique flavors. You can taste before you order. Friendly staff. I loved their Rosita rose petal and flora’s lavender and cream. Interesting thing is their ice creams are named after the cow names from their farm.

We visited on a beautiful sunny day. Lots of people. There was a long line for the ice cream, but we waited. (40 minutes)!! It appeared that the serving staff were very young and inexperienced (appeared to be all school kids!!). There was no adult supervision or support and unfortunately one customer was rather abusive, which is not acceptable as it was not any fault of the serving staff, but there should have been support and supervision from management. Overall, it was worth the wait for the ice cream on a hot and sunny day.

Visited for the first time a week or two ago with family. This place is about as a bucolic as you can get - a quaint family farm tucked into the Pennsylvania hillside, with cows, goats and pigs grazing just outside of the creamery. The ice creams are named after their cows, which I thought was cute. Great selection of ice creams, with flavors to please any of your frozen cravings! I had their tiramisu ice cream, and it was some of the best ice cream I've had in quite a while - thick and intensely creamy, with the perfect balance of roasty coffee and dark cocoa notes. Highly recommend for anyone nearby with a sweet tooth!

I WILL NEVER GO BACK! It is so sad because they have amazing ice cream but the staff is the worst I have ever experienced. After ordering ice cream Elly was egging on her Co-Worker Mike to go and take a picture with a random person then brings the person behind the counter to take a picture with them with no production getting done on a busy Saturday night. They had a line wrapped around the restaurant and were not doing anything. We waited 15 minutes for ice cream then was told after waiting they did not have the ice cream we order. We were tired of waiting after watching all of this go on and said we didn’t want the ice cream anymore and wanted a refund they said they did not have a manager on staff so they could not refund us so we had to take the ice cream. This is the most unprofessional thing I have experienced in a long time but save yourself the problems and go elsewhere there is plenty better creameries in the area.
