Great place for a kids birthday! I would give 5 stars but for the money you pay per child for the party I think the staff could make it a bit more personable for the actual birthday child. Can't complain about the lady who was our party planner because she was fantastic and obviously trained to do so much. Place was clean and tidy and the Birthday experience was really good. Just need to make the whole experience a bit more about the child who's birthday it is. Maybe go first on jumps and ask them what they think they could do to make it more of 'their' day

Amazing experience, I didn't expect to have as much fun as I did, my daughter throughly enjoyed her self. We were welcomed and explained where to go for the health and safety video. Very clean and the music was not to loud and plenty of open space. The food was amazing made freshly and would recommend the chicken bites and chips and hot dog. Would definitely be paying another visit soon. The staff were welcoming and friendly and the gentleman who served the food was very polite.

Found it easy to find (travelled over an hour) to attend for a friends birthday, toilets were clean. The equipment at the back absolutely stank of smelly feet, I suppose the foam cubes may need a change! Kids had fun. Food was extremely slow, waited around 25mins for cheesey chips! No sandwiches/ paninis pre made. Wasn't given a receipt for proof of purchase. Not a massive selection of food.

Wouldn't go back. They appeared to be short staffed when we went. Waited what felt like an eternity with 3 young kids for someone to come and check us in. Tried to get a latte from the upstairs cafe and no one ever seemed to staff it. Ordered slushies and were given them in coffee cups with no straws and no spoons.

Booked Exclusive hire of Ruby & Red Softplay for children's area. Local Mgt. provided an awesome service. Thank you Alicia & Mike for the wonderful service. Would recommend other parents look at the exclusive hire too.

Don’t go to RUSH high Wycombe! HUGE health and safety risk! Serious negligence and lack of any protocol. I would give zero stars if I could! My son broke his leg badly there 3 weeks ago and the way the entire situation was managed was appalling! They are claiming to be a member of the International adventure and trampoline park association, which they are in fact not a member of. This means they are not regulated by anyone and are falsely claiming to have high safety standards. I also have multiple witnesses that know that staff were not only NOT first aid trained but couldn’t even locate a first aid kit. The accident my son had was not reported to the council like it should have been. This all screams of a quick money making scheme with total lack of regard for duty of care to their customers. I’m sure they’ve swept many accidents under the carpet and gotten away with it!

Rush is a great outing for kids and adventurous adults, just make sure you warm up properly... It's clean, wasn't too crowded, and staffed with really friendly. Helpful tip is knowing the lockers are up in the jump area.

Had an amazing party for my 5 year old. Staff were incredible. Cory set everything up for us. He was so cordial and helpful.

Took my little boy this morning. He loved it. Great facilities. It was clean. The food wasn’t expensive either. The young lady on reception was charming and helpful. Thank you.

Recommended place for children to have fun and few hours of day out. Safe and cafe available for drinks and food. Friendly staff at cafe to serve. Recommended place.
