Sue and all the clinicians have been the best for many, many years. However, today the receptionist on the front desk, is the most unwelcome and rudest receptionist ever. She began by asking if I had an appointment outside the premises, then began to be extremely hostile, because I asked after Sue, the main receptionist. When asked if she speaks to all her patients in this manner, she responded with, 'How am I being abrupt and rude? You are too! What's the reason for your exemption, what is your date of birth? All questions that you do not need to shout out for, especially with others sat in your Waiting Room. Unbelievable and unacceptable abrupt behavior, that spoils relationships with partner clinics! She is awful!

I have been coming to this dental practice for 22 years and always had a good experience. Dentists have talked through treatment plans and procedures in detail. Receptionists are always helpful and polite too

I suffered from tooth sensitivity. I went to two other dentists who could not diagnose the problem. But Dr Mohan Chawla treated my tooth sensitivity and relieved the pain. Thank you Dr Mohan Chawla. I would definitely recommend this dental clinic.

Mohan was very careful and caring in his dealings with us and made sure that all the work done had healed before going on to the next step. we felt confident in his work and have had no problems in the six years since it was done. Always a pleasant experience have recommended him to friends.

Recently had my fillings and clean done by Arjun and was very pleased with the service. Arjun is professional and was happy to answer all of my questions/concerns. Sue (receptionist) is also very pleasant to deal with. I have used another local dentist in the past, but will definitely be sticking with Optima from now on. Would recommend.
