Great gym. Well equipped. Friendly clients and staff.

Good little gym some free parking to go with it can get busy at times but so can any gym got loads of stuff to get you the beach body your after also every seems friendly which is a bonus

Came back up north for the holiday season to find this little gem of a gym at my doorstep, fantastic facilities, very friendly staff and to top it off they gave me an amazing deal for my two week's visit, winner winner chicken dinner!!

Amazing gym. I joined it recently and their is many varieties of machines to choose from to work out. I would fully recommend this place.

This is fantastic gym. It has all the equipment and more, classes that are free that push you to your limits and beyond. Very friendly people who work at the gym who are always willing to help and support. If you want to try a different approach to fitness and a gym, this is the place. It welcomes all comers and makes all feel comfortable very quickly

Having trained previously at Kirbys, I was sad to hear it was closing its doors for good. Recently taken over the place has had a refurb and a good clean! The new owner and staff team are very welcoming and will go out of their way to help you. With been out of training for a while they have provided me with useful information and tips on what equipment to use making training a lot more fun! ( I use to run on a treadmill for an hour or use cross trainer) So happy its back open and I cant wait for the classes to start! 😄💪🏽

Nice set up and friendly service

This is a very good gym if you want to train quickly and efficiently, obviously it's the state of mind with environment but over all its layout and calmness is effective. Good over all gym, if management could make room for small sweat suite sauna I think it would be tip top. Very well presented gym, clean & tidy.
