The doctor Prakash was very good with his diagnosis and treatment initially. As the clinic started expanding over the years, they have become more and more money minded. Once you get to know the doctor ,he is actually very rude. Not as soft spoken as someone has mentioned in their review. He is very sarcastic and takes patents (no replying back to his comments) silence for granted. On many occasions I have seen this happen. Presently, his wife is in charge of the clinic and she is the rudest lady who sits in the reception area. They don't even have change for few rupees or coins, yet she would shout at the patents for not even having fifty rupees with them. Why run a clinic when you cant to even treat patents with respect and decency. Staff nurses are very good, but what's the use ,when doctor himself do not treat patents with kindness. This clinic is fit to visit only if you have cold, fever or headache. Else, there are lots of general physicians who are much more competitive and helpful in treating patients well.

Medical shop lady is very arrogant and for small doubt in medicine i contacted her by 8.50 am. She told..Her works starts at 9.00am. Until she will not answer to any of our question..and she told still doctor has not come and you are enquiring... wait.. wait... what a arrogant attitude... Hospital Management should consider such issues in priority manner..to keep reputation in public.. Send such staff to big hospitals like KMCH,KG,PSG,ROYALCARE..to understand how they are work in pleasing manner...

When the whole world is getting digital it is pathetic to see doctors asking for printouts of lab reports from sick patients who have come to visit. The reports such as blood could be sent as email in a matter of seconds and could be viewed in PC or a suitable device. Could not see any logic or need, in asking for a printout that too from a sick patient who has come alone. And the rudeness and unfriendliness of the doctor towards patients, shows how much they care for just money and not for their services offered. A big turn off and certainly not a clinic to visit anymore. Referred this place as this used to one of best clinics, once. Sad to see the services and quality degraded by time.

Very good clinic. The doctor is so kind & caring to the aged people and most of them are completely satisfied. That itself help them to cure their ailments faster.

One of the worst place to visit. I had called up the clinic for appointment and the receptionist said they don't take appointments and it has to be a walk -in and asked me come before 12.00 pm despite their Google timings that states 1.00 pm is their closing time. I was there around 11.40 pm since I had to travel all the way from Madukkarai to Saibaba colony. Whilst I was in my car, the security said the dr has closed the appointments and I had to come back by 4.00 pm only. When I called back the receptionist and asked her why she asked me to come before 12, she said they have lot of people waiting now and when I called there were very little patients only and disconnected even before I could talk something. I parked my car and walked back to handle this. The security stopped me in front and refused to permit me inside to go meet the receptionist..He refused to state his name and he asked me to call the reception again. I started screaming at them and the receptionist came down and by then 2 more patients have come with same issue and they were also not allowed inside. The receptionist was standing inside and we were in the sun and she wouldn't even step down to talk. If she is incapable of doing her work, she shouldn't be in that place. She is very incompetent and unprofessional. After a lot of fight they called the three of us while the other 2 patients chose to go in, I refused and walked out. A doctor who can't respect and value their patients time is no good irrespective of how good he or she might be at their work. Simplicity and care is what this particular profession depicts. Dear Dr. Prakash, If u r reading this , I came all the way thinking you would be addressing issues of the patients professionally. I conveniently ignored the negative reviews. But, I'm sorry to say. U have the worst system ever to attend to patients. I'll no longer recommend anyone to Poornima clinic. I'm attaching pic of the attitude the security was throwing..the receptionist ran away before I could take her pic. Note - The attached pic was taken when we were called in after a lot of fight. Until then we were standing outside the clinic. Pls choose a better clinic/hospital to safeguard your dignity and to save your time.

This is my experience.. I've been consulting this doctor for more than 6 years and results were not improving.I got underweight, weak joints and even complained my issues still no response from the doctor. Also i never had HBA1C test which has to be taken once in 6months duration. My god the audacity of those "RECEPTIONISTS" are unbearable and overall management is bad.All these years I've been ignorant, eventually changed the doctor and now I'm better.

I must share.. that our family Dr. Is Dr.sadhasivam kM poly clinic in RS puram for the last 40 years..! I Never expect such a Dr as him..! Last Jan 1st he passed away and I felt very sad and confused who will save us that as his genuine treatment with not money minded..! For the last 15 days I was in trouble with my urinary track problem and scared to consult Dr.. ( sorry to say that now a day's Dr s are money minded with equipment knowledge) ! Then my friend suggested this Dr..and got appointment in on line..! Really I went to consult him in half mind..! After he consulted me.. on god promise I tell that God showed me another Dr.sadhasivam in the name of Dr U.S.prakash.. ! I felt very happy and free Minded when he consulted me.. I felt he is the member of my family not Dr..! He asked my problem and he asked me to ly on bed..he analysed my stomach with his hand (even in kovid 19 ) and he written a prescription .. then he told nothing to worry..! Really tell that after he touched me.. I felt half cure in my body..! He collected just 150 RS. Only in the hear of city ..! Palaya soru aarokiyam.. palaya Dr.s namma uyuru.. ! It means they doesn't want any equipment results but their hands..! Thank you Dr.. God bless you and your family..!
