Dr. Pilschick is a great GYN doctor. I have been a patient of her for almost two years. She is very knowledgeable and her bedside manor is everything. She gave me so many options with my medical issue and I wish I would have taken her advice sooner. Nonetheless I am pleased thus far with my results of my decision and I’m feeling good. Her office is very clean and her staff is professional and responds promptly. I also have a great appreciation that she is available via tele-Medicine calls as it’s Uber convenient. Her auto appt. reminders are a plus too! I am optimistic that my 25 plus year journey finding a great GYN are over.

I needed to see an OBG pretty urgently and my normal OBG did not have any availability until April. Not only was Dr.Pilshchik able to see me sooner, she was very caring and helped me with getting a referral. Additionally, her offices were clean and quiet, I am considering moving over to her 100%.

The office is respectful and knowledgeable, I highly encourage and recommend them! Thank you so much for all the support and help needed.

Always making extra effort to accommodate for all my requests. When running a bit behind schedule, they come to let me know and don’t assume I should simply sit and wait. Very kind and organized, follow ups to my emails are within 12-24 hours. My doctor, MD Pilshchik is wonderful! She listens and does not pressure me in any way. Always explains what and why and does not rush me, very supportive. I feel very comfortable with all the people I’ve met in this Practice and looking forward to a great birthing experience with all of them as my backup team next year!!

I’ve been going to Dr Pilshchik since 2010. I get nervous easily at the doctors and here I always feel calm and comfortable. She is really the best! Everyone who works in this office is so friendly and welcoming. I’ve never had any issues with appointments or billing either. Very well run!

Looks like my previous review is deleted too. So here we go again. This is a vile practice. So we had a horrible experience with this place.The doctors brush you off. The staff is totally unprofessional. They behave as if you are interrupting them. Their outside technicians are foul mouthed. They think they can get away with saying/doing anything because they think you don't know anything. I called them last year for record release and they said they lost the records. I wonder if they really lost them or they are hiding something. Per NY law, they are supposed to keep the records for 5 years and we were not even 5 years when I asked them for records. The office manager said he is not responsible because he has started recently only. So availability of your records is strongly dependent on how long ago the office manager started. They said they will get back to me about it after consulting with the owner who is none other Dr. Wirth himself. No word from them after that. I really wonder how this place is getting almost a 5 star review. I think a lot of it depends on WHO YOU ARE. Stats can lie. What if you are in that 5% - outside 2 standard deviations? RUN

Overall I would say I have had a great experience. Whilst pregnant, I found appointments were usually on time and I felt I could talk openly to my OB/GYN about concerns or problems I had. She was always patient, even when I had literally a list of questions or worries. She took any problem I brought up seriously and took the time to explain things to me. The sonograms (which to be fair are with a different company) tried to bill me incorrectly which was a pain to sort out. Additionally, one of the sonographers was absolutely lovely and made me feel so comfortable, whilst the other was the complete opposite. I found myself avoiding booking any appointments with her. So, a few things could be improved but overall I recommend this practice.

The doctor was very attentive. The office was clean and the staff were very friendly.

I’ve been coming here for years for my regular check-ups, but also had a baby and pregnant with my second and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The front office staff is awesome, doctors are great, the facility is clean, and I will never go anywhere else.

I have been a patient here for years and have been cared for by both doctors, and they are wonderful! The entire staff was incredible throughout my first pregnancy and Dr. Wirth handled the delivery of my baby with kindness, professionalism and expertise. The nurses and office staff are some of the nicest, most friendly people and I actually love when I get to see them. I will be a patient here for years to come.
