This place is Horrible! Absolutely horrible. Went in to discuss a skin condition was completely dismissed by the female PA named Tatyana Samchuck. was so disappointed I went to the ER at 77th street and Lexington. The doctor there listened to me discussed it with myself and a dermatologist and took the right course of action.. I am so happy that I did not give up and found a doctor that listened to every work I said, then gave me a hospital gown so he could check me out and address my concerns. Then acted to make sure that I will okay 😀. Will never go to another City MD in the Bronx ever again. There are clowns impersonating Doctors at this facility, yes that means you Tatyana Samchuck. You're a horrible person and a worthless excuse for a medical professional. Thank God for the wonderful doctors at Lennox Hill. I appreciate everything they did for me today.

I went in for urgent care due to pain in my foot. I self registered and was called in about 10 minutes. Saw the nurse she took my vitals and was immediately seen by the doctor. Great customer service and I can honestly say this was the best experience I ever had at a medical facility. From registration to discharge it took about 45 minutes. Xrays were done on the spot.

Literally sat there for 3 hours... checked in at 130pm.. wasn't called into a room until 3pm... when 4 pm hit and a doctor still had not entered the room, I got up and left. 3.5 hours really?? I feel I was only put in a room because I stated people who checked in after me were being seen before me. Ended up going to a different facility where I was in and out in less than an hour.. maybe I should've mentioned to the first location that I work for DOHMH, I provide site assessments.

My experience at this location was great. They saw me quickly after I signed in within 10 minutes.The staff from the receptionist and intake nurse was very respectful and courteous.The doctor was very respectful and courteous as well. He was tentative to my concerns. He was very informative about my aftercare. I would recommend going here for services.

Staff at urgent care in the hub was superbly great. My nurse Laquanda was so kind and thoughtful. The doctor that saw me was very empathetic and down to earth! You guys rock!!!

The doctors here are very dismissive. You sit there and tell them what's wrong with you just for them to do absolutely nothing about it. Don't waste your time coming here.

The staff are very professional. I enjoyed every bit of the services. I wish I could mention names, but unfortunately I did not look at their names. I salute 🫡

Amazing staff. Super friendly. Make you feel extremely comfortable. The doctor answers all your questions and listen to all of your concerns. Fast service as well. I been coming here for years, I would totally recommend.

Dr. Venegas misdiagnosed my mom with scabies. He gave her a treatment cream which didn't help the issue she was having with severe itching on her legs. I ended up taking her to a dermatologist exactly one week after seeing Dr. Venegas and the dermatologist immediately ruled out scabies & instead treated my mom for extreme contact dermatitis. Won't be seeing Dr. Venegas ever again!

Terrible place to take your kids or anyone who requires urgent care. They do not care how minor It is, all they care about is closing on time. They will send you away even when they can treat you. It's a ghetto place in general but what do you expect from an urgent care located in the middle of 3rd Avenue? Ghetto!!
