I booked the lux highlight with Lexi. It was my first time booking with moda salon & I regret it. She sat me in her chair & asked me how I like my hair, I told her bright white. 3 hours 20 minutes ago by & my hair looks the same as I walked in. She told me I can come back & add couple more foils. I get home & my husband nor I don’t notice anything different about my hair. Apparently she put something on my hair to darken it because it’s the new “trend”. So she did the opposite of what I said. So I come back & sit for another 3-4 hours. Another stylist was working on the back of my hair & Lexi was working on the front. From my point of view the girl that was working on my back seemed hard working more then Lexi on my hair. I felt that she didn’t care about me, she did not make me feel welcome back into her chair & before I left she made an unprofessional comment towards me. After sitting in Moda salon for total of 7 hours I left is Yellow patchy hair & no one seemed to care. I paid $240 & I was promised a white blonde highlight. I don’t think Moda beauty bar should offer a highlight if they don’t know how to do one!!!! They wouldn’t allow me to process. Once they finished doing my hair they completely started taking out what they finished first. The manager said letting me process for 30-40 minutes especially under a heat lamp scares her. Well if they knew how to highlight & know how to let a client process I wouldn’t be leaving your salon with yellow hair. I paid $240 & I was not offer any money or credit back. After this experience I will not be returning to Moda for any other services.

I love coming in to Moda for my nail appointments! Mazzy always goes above and beyond as well as all the other staff. Today was my first appointment in the new space and it was so spectacular!! It’s the most beautiful place and so relaxing, oh how I missed getting a pedicure. And of course my nails look so amazing 💖 I am looking forward to getting more services done here. Great job 🥰😍

mazzy is the nail QUEEN. you can show her any inspo pic and she will match it - or make it even better if you let her. i have received hundreds of compliments on my nails over the years and i owe them all to my girl! — i shouldn’t leave out the fact that she really cares about the health of your nails & thanks to her i am never envious of girls with fake ones. my appointments are scheduled a YEAR in advance because i will not see anyone else <3 call me crazy but me and my nails love our girl - and yours will too!

I just moved to NW Indiana after 25 years in the city (Chicago) and have been so stressed trying to settle in and find my new places for hair, nails, doctors, etc. I was so happy at Moda and my hair looks great! Cailee really took the time to listen to my story, my hopes and dreams and did such a good job on the highlights and color. And the washing station was so relaxing with spa music and the sun shining in, nice scalp massage. I’ll definitely go back!

First time visiting Moda today for a Swedish Massage with MARIAM. First off, she was very pleasant to speak to and made me feel comfortable. Second, she asked the right question before the massage began, whereas, at another place I’ve had a massage, they just dive in with no concern for focus points or any no-go zones. And lastly, it was the BEST massage I have ever had! I was assisted by EDDIE, to the changing room with thorough instructions. And then escorted again by him once both of my services were done, down stairs to the front desk. Consistent eye contact from him -for me, that screams that he loves his job and cares for the clients. OLIVIA assisted me with my sauna experience. I have never been a fan of sitting in a small room while sweating ON PURPOSE. But the settings were to MY liking, on low heat. She explained thoroughly the process and was very pleasant when speaking to me. Moda Beauty Bar overall -was a top of the line experience! I was greeted by both CAITYLNN AND OLIVIA, and received a snack and water upon arriving from CAITLYNN, who was also very pleasant to speak with. Everyone that I encountered spoke to me with a smile, whether they were servicing me or not. Excellent customer service!! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Saw Carly today for a root touch up, toner and haircut and couldn’t be happier. She’s always on point with her suggestions, takes her time and is just the sweetest person. The new building is phenomenal!

I could not recommend Moda beauty bar enough! Jordan is the stylist that does my hair for almost a year now and I will never let another stylist touch my hair. My hair is the healthiest and most beautiful it’s ever been and every stylist and esthetician here is amazing at what they do. This business deserves every ounce of recognition for how they make each and every person feel so beautiful as they walk out their door. Highly highly recommend you get all the beauty needs done here! You will NOT be disappointed!

I always have a great experience at Moda. I see Rachel for facials and sugaring. She’s always professional and easy to talk to. I never feel uncomfortable and know I’m going to get great service!

I made my daughters senior homecoming hair and make up appointment three months in advance. They called me today, less than one month before her senior homecoming, to CANCEL the appointment! They said the girl they scheduled won’t be in that day and there is no one else to do it!! Like what?! So rude and such bad business etiquette.

The atmosphere and the staff were amazing! I walked in and was greeted by Jessica, who made me feel at home. I got a lash lift and an eyebrow wax done by Olivia. This was my first lash lift, and I am extremely pleased with the results! Olivia walked me through every step she was taking, making sure I was comfortable during the process. She also mapped out my eyebrows before she waxed them, making sure they were the best shape for my face. I’ve gotten my eyebrows waxed before, but Olivia by far has had the gentlest touch, and I could have fallen asleep during it! Overall I highly recommend this establishment for your self care needs.

I had an appt with Emily for a lash lift and tint. It was my first time getting my lashes done and she did a great job. Very personable, answered my questions, and recommended products to use. I recommend her!

I’ve been coming to Moda for a couple of years now & it’s always the most relaxing experience. The girls are all very sweet & ready to help with anything. I see Amanda for my haircuts & she’s amazing. I don’t trust anyone else with my hair ❤️

I love love love Moda! Amanda did my hair extensions, and they look amazing. I get compliments on my hair everywhere I go! All the girls are so sweet…I will never go anywhere else! If you are looking to get Eyelash extensions , Haley is amazing! You won’t be disappointed.

I love it here. Everyone is so sweet and positive! Mina is my go to girl for lashes and facials. She does an amazing job! You leave feeling beautiful and refreshed! Ive gotten makeup, facials and lashes done here and soon will be doing microneedling and maybe a tiny tattoo! I'm so excited to see them grow!

My first time at Moda was such a great experience. Jordan and her assistant were amazing! She did my color,toner,cut,and blow out. The scalp massage was the best I highly recommend her.

Jordan was my stylist and she delivered EXACTLY what I was wanting. I’m pretty picky when it comes to my blonde color, and I have nothing but good things to say! I love everything about it! She did a great job and was very easy to talk to during the color. I think I found my forever stylist :,) haha.

The cutest most aesthetic spot with so many different services to offer! The new location is so cute & has cute “moda sodas” you can order during your appointment. Love love love. Emma is my stylist and she kills it every time. The whole staff is so friendly as well. Highly recommend!
