Victoria is the absolute best. I would recommend her to everyone, I've been going to her for years and I will never change. Not only does she make you feel instantly comfortable, She's just the most personable and friendly. Never makes you feel guilty if you take a break.. cracks jokes and it's just a pleasure. I wasn't familiar with any of the employees, so I booked an appointment with a random waxer. I'm so glad I got Taylor, she was incredibly nice and professional and made me feel very comfortable! Great waxing technique to make it as painless as possible, and was very quick but thorough. I was originally just going to purchase 1 wax, but I enjoyed my experience so much that I bought the wax pass for a year. Thank you Taylor!

I absolutely love going to EWC in Orland. When I started going, I started at that location and had another sweet girl, but then Covid happened and I was stuck. Once everything started to open back up, they ended up opening a location in Evergreen Park. Since that was closer to my home, I decided to go to that one and found another sweet girl that unfortunately ended up leaving after about a year of me seeing her. She knew that she wasn't going to be there much longer, so she gave me some recommendations and I went with one of her recommendations. Very sweet and quick with my brazilians, but still left some hair behind each time. I'm a stickler for a true brazilian, so those appts left me a little disappointed. Fast forward to now, I decided to go back to Orland because I get my nails done down the street from there. I looked up the reviews to see who was the best and landed on Ela (Elzbieta). When I tell you, she is amazing, that is truly an understatement. I don't even have to check down there anymore because I know that she got all of it. She's amazingly sweet and very quick. Now, I know y'all are going to read this review and try and book her up, so let me be proactive because I can't have y'all tying up all her time and taking my appts, lol.

Gabriella was amazing! She knew how to distract me and explained well what to expect before and after! She knew how to carry well a conversation and took great care of me. Will definitely come back!! Angelica from the front desk also explained everything so well and efficient love the customer care!!!

I’ve been going to European Wax for 3 years now. Always a satisfied customer. Staff is super pleasant and welcoming at the Orland Park location. This past weekend I had the pleasure of being serviced as a walk-in with wax tech Lola. She did a fantastic job. She made the experience of my Brazilian quick and painless. Lola made sure to manage my comfort throughout my entire session. She was very friendly and professional. Needless to say Lola has been booked for my next appointment.
