The entire office is just amazing! Both Dr. Mimi and Mariam have done wonders for my health and overall well being. They are true professionals and are super knowledgeable. The team in the back are all wonderful and Hanan in the front is the the best! I am extremely happy with the care I have received and thank the entire team. I really recommend this professional great team!!

A good workout with friendly people. I have only had two sessions at IHS and already feel better and am very optimistic about future results. The staff is very competent and professional but also very friendly and compassionate, including Charlie, the company mascot. I will post again and update my progress..

I started seeing Dr. Mimi and Dr. Miriam around 24 weeks pregnant for sciatic and lower back pain. Prior to chiropractic, I was limping by the end of my work day as a nurse. I am now back to moderate exercise thanks to the wonderful team at Integrated Health Solutions. Their support staff is wonderful (shout out to Hanan). The flexibility with my work hours is very appreciated as well. I can’t say enough about the care I have received with this group and will continue to be seen throughout my pregnancy and postpartum journey.

I have been here twice so far and I can honestly say I am happy to drive the hour to see Dr. Mimi. She is the only chiropractor who has explained thoroughly why she is doing what she is doing and really listened to my complaints. She is not just here to “Snap, crackle, pop” you. Being pregnant she is working with me to help give me tools to help with labor. The staff here is amazing. They know each patient, they work together, they are kind, and helpful. Amazing!

Words can’t describe how amazing everyone is! Awesome, friendly, kind, supportive, caring are just a few words to describe the doctors and staff! I started coming here for low back pain which has been 100% relived. I continued to go for neck pain which has also been relieved. I highly recommend coming here for pain management! Dr. Miriam and Dr. Mimi are the best!

I called at 10:15 am for help with my 2.5 year old son who was not himself and kept complaining of neck pain. By 11 am Hanan had gotten us an appointment with Dr.Mimi. My son was very nervous but Dr. Mimi had was thorough and had amazing bedside manner with him. She even gave him his own adjustment tool to play with! I have never felt so at ease with chiropractic care. And Charlie the goldendoodle greeter was an added bonus to the whole visit! After two hours my son is able to walk better and go down for his nap without complaining of pain!

So far I’ve experienced improvement with my health. When I started going I was experiencing pretty much non-stop pain, tingling, numbness, in my hands, feet, and scalp. I also experienced significant hair loss and I was fatigued, even after getting a decent night’s sleep. My mood was low a lot, I was forgetting a lot, I also had headaches often as well. Now, after about a month all of these symptoms have decreased. I’m sure that if I continue with the process I’ll feel even better. It will take time, so commitment is a must! I do think that I have a deficiency of some sort that hasn’t been discovered/diagnosed yet, my gut feeling is that once that is treated, I’ll feel so much better! I trust the team at Integrated Health to help me. While each person is different, I recommend anyone give them an opportunity to help you with your health care concerns.

I can highly recommend Drs. Marian and Mimi McParland and their entire staff of capable and compassionate people. They had my lower back issues resolved in just a couple of weeks and it's doing great. I've been given incredibly helpful info regarding supplements for better overall health, and at-home exercises to maintain back & core strength.
