I ordered my room online. When I showed up they said they didn't have the room and charged me $30 more. For $30 more I could have had a much nicer, cleaner room at another hotel. It is very dirty here. A male Housekeeper walked in on me while i was i the shower 20 minutes after i checked in. And the entire hotel smells like curry. I'll never come back. 👎

The reason I chose this hotel was because it was pet friendly and says they have a continental breakfast. Breakfast was just bread, butter and coffee. That is not a continental Breakfast in my book or the other people with me. The room did not have anywhere to hang up nice clothes or even a jacket. The bathroom shower curtain has black mold on it. That should be changed. I don't believe they really sweep or mop the floor as the bottom of our socks and feet were black. A lot of dust bunnies and candy under the beds and dresses. Had to plug the TV in when we got to the room, which was hard, because the didn't give you enough cord (that was bolted to the plugin) to do so. The refrigerator wasn't cleaned as my sandwich paper stuck to the bottom shelf. The staff that I interacted with was really nice and helpful.

Everything was absolutely disgusting. There was trash & dirt literally everywhere. It smelled very strongly of pee, especially in the halls, & there was significant amounts of hair on at least one of the beds. Not to mention, cigarette burns & other questionable stains on the other. Needless to say, we didn’t stay the night.

Towels were dirty, bathtub and sink wouldn’t drain, but the worst part is the harassment you get starting at 10:30am to check out. First the housekeeper then the manager. Unfortunately my 18month old baby had a potty accident as we were leaving and they were knocking and harassing us to leave at 11:05 am when the entire place was completely empty! I’ve never encountered such horrible treatment from an establishment in my life. I could understand if we were an hour late but 5-10 minutes past 11am is absolutely disgusting. The lady who checked me in a midnight less than 12 hours earlier was very nice and helpful. Don’t stay here if you can spare another 40 dollars to stay somewhere else. I will never come back.

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, but the fitted sheets were filled with holes. They told me no smoking, but the hallway smelled so strong from several people smoking in their rooms that it was almost choking. The cleaning lady was in the hallway and didn't report it.

Everything was absolutely disgusting! There was trash and dirt literally everywhere. It smelled awful in the lobby and the room. there was significant amounts of hair, dirt, and questionable stains in the bed. We also noticed that they had bed bugs. Needless to say, we didn’t stay the night and they refused to give us a refund

*SHOPPERS BEWARE* This hotel places their breakfast orders via instacart. Upon arriving to the store, they informed me they had problems with these customers before and were told to call ahead to order their bulk quantity. They try to get around that by using instacart, the store initially didn’t want me to do the order but then agreed to let me pick up half of the original quantity. Which included 33 bags of bagels, 33 containers of donuts, 15 containers of croissants, 36 containers of muffins, 20 boxes of cereal, and about 20 more items. Upon arriving to the hotel, I was not greeted by anybody, nobody held the door open for me, nothing. Very rude and it was a poor experience. Upon completing the disaster of a order, the hotel had tipped me $1.50 for my service. It took a long time, I had to jump through hoops to even do it and that’s how they thank their shoppers. For a “business” you’d expect better than that. Very disrespectful and a slap on the face. Will never shop for them again.

The only way I can describe this place is it’s the closest thing to being in a prison. People loitering in the corridor and a fight taking place outside my room at 6.30am. When I arrived 15 minutes early they wanted to charge me $20 extra for early check in. Don’t even get me started on the state of the rooms and dubious stains all over the bedding. An experience that I will never repeat

Needed a room to stay in for 1 night. Very affordable. My room was clean but overall could use a makeover. It was convenient and if I had to stay again for a night I would.

There was mold all over the walls in our room. People were up until after 3 am yelling and banging around and kept us up. The room smelled old. Our pillows were as thin as cardboard and there were no extras. Hair in the sheets when we pulled the covers back. I checked for bed bugs and didn't find any but it wouldn't have surprised me. Walls were paper thin. Breakfast was very scarce. Not even juice.

The sheets were full of cigarette burn holes, the curtains were broken, the kleenex holder fell out of the wall when I tried to get a kleenex, the bathtub looked filthy, the faucet dripped, the lamp was broken, the pillows were old thun and folded over in the pillowcase. Revolting stay. I was scared to eat the complementary breakfast. The wafflemaker was broken too. And they couldn't give me a receipt with amounts for reimbursement. Would definitely not recommend. Shame I couldn't give no stars.

"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Americas Best Value Inn, and I must say it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making check-in a breeze. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed with all the essentials. The motel's location was convenient, offering easy access to nearby attractions and dining options. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, offering helpful recommendations and always with a friendly smile. I would highly recommend Americas Best Value Inn & Suites Racine to anyone seeking a pleasant and hassle-free stay in the area. I look forward to returning on my next visit!"

I had a very nice stay!!!! The front desk people were always there to assist and answer questions (super nice guy checked me in, was very polite). My service dog was able to be by my side. Free breakfast was great. And my room was heavenly. Thanks guys!!!

Very clean and safe place! Staff is very friendly and always ready to help. Loved their breakfast with healthy choices. Coffee was the best part of the breakfast. Loved soaking in their wonderful whirlpool. We have tried many hotels in the area but we can happily say this is by far the best hotel. You won’t be disappointed.

In the beginning, everything was fine. It was cozy and affordable. The majority of the staff were very friendly and helpful. I had been there since June 9th and we checked out today due to the hotel manager deciding to up his weekend prices to $200+ because he claims an event is going on. I have yet to see or hear about said event. He has two Indian housekeepers and they are a bothersome. We ask for no housekeeping and they knocked on the door EVERY SINGLE MORNING. They were entirely too eager to get into the room everyday. Made us feel as if they were going to go through our things. As we were moving out, they continued to knock on the door and rush us to leave. Unprofessional. Honestly , I’m glad he did what he did. I see what kind of person he is now. Money hungry. Also, if he feels like you’ve been there too long, he’s gonna do everything in his power to get you out. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

Horrible!!! Filthy, outlet was literally hanging out of the wall. Cigarette burns on window seat (non smoking room). Most of the outlets & lights didn't work. Faucet leaked water all over the vanity top, etc, etc. $20 a night would be overpriced!!!

I stayed here for a few days in this month. Rooms were clean, breakfast was great, front desk was super nice and patient with me. I’ve never had any issues at this hotel

Worst hotel I’ve ever checked into, I immediately checked out. It was disgusting. It was like they didn’t even clean to room. There was hair all over the bathroom, pee stains all over the mattress, and a mystery object under the sheet on top of the mattress. When I checked out the front desk lady told me I had to email the manager for a refund, which I did. I emailed him serval times with no response. I tried calling the hotel to speak with him but he “was never available”. I had to dispute the charge with my bank, still haven’t heard anything from the manager. You can’t have a nasty hotel and terrible customer service.

Well it served the need for a hotel room near Milwaukee that didn't cost a small fortune. Not many extra pillows and they were needed. Our shower wasn't working properly as it was missing the diffuser so it was basically a stream of high pressure water. Broken glass on the picture in our room...coukd be an issue if you had kids. Breakfast was good. Location was great.

Could add an entrance that has zero pot holes leading to the front entrance. Also the last room we had looked like they didn't clean after extra caricular activities. There was a hole in the floor and the pillow in front of the window had puke and or cum still on it.

The scent of curry overpowered the whole building from the moment you walked in the door. Pillows need to be upgraded, 2 towels for 2 people, and a bunch of hair in the tub, stained visible on top blanket/bed cover ( which we pulled off ) Definitely could use a deep cleaning. But service was good, bed was comfortable it suited our needs for 1 night.

I booked 3 rooms 2 queen in all rooms. I called to confirm and found out they changed my rooms to 2 king and 1 double queen. The front desk was awesome and found me a 2nd queen. I get my credit card bill and I was charged for 5 rooms and a $20.00 fee for who know what. I have left messages for someone to refund my money and they say they have no idea who is in charge of the hotel to get that done. I have a hard time believing ing they have no idea who is in charge. I was told to mail them my concern haha

Overall a great stay. The rooms are quiet and more importantly are clean. The team at the front desk are nice. I stayed two weeks and the rates were reasonable. I will stay again when I am in the area.

You get hit hard with the smell of curry when you walk into the lobby. We checked in and went to our room. The smell of the room was worse and indescribable. The mirrored head board had a greasy head print, the sheets were stained, there was barely enough room to walk around the bed, and the pillows were small and disgusting. We left after 5 min in the room and checked out. No joke, our bags smelled like curry for 2 days after that.

Room was so dirty your socks turned black. No extra pillows. Couldn’t even give us a sheet or pillow for the pull out bed. The tv didn’t work. The air conditioner leaks all over the room. No coffee pot. And they raised the rate from $60 to over $90 a night. Absolutely terrible and disgusting place to stay.

Dirty bedding, and the towels were used. 3 rd room was okay. Friday night was quite, but Saturday night was horrible. The continental breakfast is a joke. Spend the few extra dollars and get a better place. Someone had put a plastic bag on the smoke detector, yeah that was a dumb thing to do.

Just read the many BAD reviews. It appeared to have extended stays when we pulled in, yet the front desk said NO. We asked to cancel even though we were there earlier than check-in and they said NO because we used Experia to book. We went to the room, it was nasty. AC was faulty, smoke detector hanging by one wire, halls smelled of cig and canabis smoke. We left immediately using nothing in the room. I told the desk here are the keys and I will let our credit card company handle it in dispute. I would have not slept that night so we drove the additional 6 hours home. Stay away from this one

Great customer service! I needed an early check-in and they were very accommodating. Friendly front desk staff. The bed is super comfortable with plenty of pillows, and the room is clean.

The woman at the front desk was lovely and apologetic, but we couldn't stay in these rooms. Disgusting stains on the bed, trash behind the mattress, a moldy cup in the cabinet, crumbs all over the ground in the bathroom. Right away you step into the hall and smell smoke and weed. I've never left a hotel before early. Never even asked for a second room. This hotel needs a lot of help.
