This store is overpriced and the aisles are so small that you can't stay in one place too long to look at something. As soon as someone else comes down the aisle you have to move. Customers come across as rude and so do employees. Lines are long... I hate saying it but you better off going to Walmart across the street.

Good prices on items, clean, and has nice workers. Love coming here for craft and art supplies. Like to come when I'm bored and need something to do, I always end up wanting to buy a bunch of items. Been coming here for awhile and like I said I love this store, I recommend it for people that do arts and crafts.

Bought the artist loft single markers, and they were pretty much dried out before I got to use them because micheals let's everyone test the markers that paying customers are going to buy. I was super irratated to have paid 5 dollars per marker and got all the way home only to find out it was pretty much used up. The prices are also often wrong in the marker section! I've gotten a pack of artist loft markers that are listed as 28 dollars and then get to self checkout, and it rings up as 50. First of all, no one wants to pay 50 dollars for 8 markers in a pack, and second of all, if this happens multiple times either change the prices back there, change the price in your system or stock them correctly. The large pack of markers is 49.99 but other than that the prices here are laughable. Maybe it's not an issue in the other sections but I'm not paying full price for used markers and no one wants to drop 80 dollars for off brand markers.

The store was very clean and organized. All the items were placed in the correct aisle locations I went by. My only complaint was the lack of floor employees to ask. Another cashier was quickly opened when I arrived at the cashier line. The employee had a very good response. (I am not sure how long the line thé was prior to my arrival in the line.)

Shipping with the wife. She found almost everything she was looking for here. She has pretty lofty expectations. She was pleased. The check out girl was fantastic to speak with as well.

Michaels is a nice store. A little expensive for fake greenery and flowers.

I personally want to thank Michaels for inspiring me even more when I walk in the doors and see all the endless products. I would rather spend my money locally than online and Michael’s really allow me to do that by having just about all I need a more. I will continue to support all the stores in the Fort Wayne area. They are always well stocked ( at least in the areas I look in) ever changing inventory and really great deals throughout the year. Their staff have always been more than helpful and the store is clean and organized

This particular location is very well stocked the store is clean and things are well organized. There were plenty of people there to give advice and find things. The staff were very intuitive and informative of where items locations were even if it wasn't in their department. Is well as the checkout area . The sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable on sales discounts.

Found exactly what I needed for my niece bridal shower!

This store always has what I need and the staff are always friendly. Much better Halloween merchandise than the Bible thumping competition.

Michael's is always a solid choice to find your art supplies. I do wish they had a better selection for card making, but maybe that's not in style for their core customers

Love Michaels! Can't go wrong with their candles when they go on sale for $9.99. Great selection of seasonal items and can't wait for the grab bags!

When Michael's has sales, they are always great! I love the bins up front near register that have all sorts of inexpensive, crafty, surprises!

The workers here are always so nice. 🖤 Also this place always has sales going on. I LOVE Clarence sales. You can also find pretty much every hobby in here. And if you can't find what you're looking for, the employees are just honest about it. They won't drag you around for an hour and be like well..... What about this or maybe this. They won't waste your time and try and sell you.

Great store for anyone with a creative gift! They have a broad selection of items.. Acrylic paints, markers, jewelry making, picture framing, holiday items - just to name a few.

I'm always inspired to push-through blocks or slow downs in the works that I create but something that I find in Michaels. Just visiting the store gives birth to ideas that bring back to my creative space.

Wow. Just bought 3 poster frames at this location. 2 of the 3 were defective and I am told I cannot return them only get a discount on my new purchase. The frames were absolutely defective, same corner of both just simply fell apart. One fell apart as I was carrying it and the glass cut both of my legs (not really bad though). I have shopped here for many years. You just lost a loyal customer. I was told I could get a 20% discount BTW which I could get any way and should have gotten. This is some of the worst customer experience I have had in many many years.

Not a bad place for finding craft supplies if you already have an established craft. Anything beyond that is lacking. I personally prefer places like Hobby Lobby that have a little more variety and still provide the same products but if you are in the area and in need of paints, cake stuff, picture frames, ect, it's not a bad store. Plenty of parking and lots of other places to visit in the area to make a fun day of it.
