I highly recommend Fast-Fix Jewelry & Watch Repairs. The clasp on a precious and fairly pricey necklace snapped, and since it is from Korea, sending it to the manufacturer for repair wasn't really an option. I walked past 2 other jewelry repair shops in the mall because I trusted this store based on user reviews and vowed to leave one myself if their reputation proved true. I am not disappointed. The staff was friendly, helpful, and most importantly, they fixed the clasp perfectly--the necklace is as it was when I first got it (they polished everything up so nicely to boot). I'm very pleased to have such a reliable source for any future pieces that may need TLC and repair. Thank you!

This is a great place if you want to get a custom ring! Vijay and Erika are a great team! I got my wedding ring custom fitted to my engagement ring. Then I got a new wedding set, totally different than my original set. Vijay was able to customize the stone I wanted to a different band. Absolutely beautiful, I am very satisfied with my rings!

Do not buy jewelry from these guys in Chicago Ridge! They sell fake gold pieces. I’ve been a customer for years. I always get my watch serviced and always have to go back and get something else done to my watches. Sometimes they do a nice job. The older gentleman has his days. I’ve also bought some nice medallions and chains from them that were marked Brand new and 10K Gold. The chains were nice but the medallions and a few other chains were not 10K Gold. Some had been used pieces they had soldered back and resold with mark up.They will not allow you to return. Beware. Go to the professionals. I’ve been a customer for years.

Beautiful work! Took my husbands broken gold Rosary Necklace to them and they fixed it so nice! I had someone else try to fix it and they did a terrible job. Don’t know even try another place, you will probably regret it. I drove more than an hour to come here. This was done with exceptional quality and care. Worth the time, money and distance!!!! Love this gentleman, he did wonders and looks brand. He fixed exactly where the beads and chain are supposed links belong.

Got my watch strapped fixed here back in 2016 and I just recently came back to get another strap replacement. (I wear this watch everyday so its held up very nicely.) The service is quick and they have an array of other quality items to shop for. Would definitely reccomend for any watch related issues.

This place never disappoints. I had 1 watch band adjusted, 1 battery replaced in another watch, and purchased a nice G-Shock for my son in less than 30 minutes. The work is quality and I'm always treated with respect.

Fixed my necklace in one day I’m so happy

I had gotten my girlfriend a promise ring but i couldn’t get her size so i got a size bigger knowing it’s a lot easier to resize a bigger ring to a smaller size than bud versa having to add extra material. For the price for $40 which is a reasonable price for same day service I figured i would give them a go at it. When i receives the ring back when i went to pick it up and they showed me it they told me they cut too much of the ring off so they had to put a filler in which looks to me like some cheap stainless steel which can never be mixed with sterling silver. I asked them why it wasn’t polished because it was extremely dull as well and you could see the grinding marks as they tried to convince to me that they had already polished it. They refused to fix it so i have since now been looking for a hopefully better place to fix this situation and put out even more money. I will be uploading pictures stay tuned :/

This is the only place I’ll go for my jewelry repairs. Resizing my wedding ring took less than 24 hours and resizing my wedding band took less than 5 hours. The staff is professional and kind. I even got some diamonds replaced. All my repairs cost less than $100. Your jewelry is in great hands here.

I've been bringing my wifes Diamond Ring to this location for 10yrs. Although I don't know the lady co-owner personally, she remembers me every time I go in. The service is superior, the staff is professional, the hours are great. It's not the traditional Mall Jewelry establishment.
