I love Chris W. and all the dudes working there, but what I love even more is how many women they have working there too. Love me some equal representation for all my stoner family!!

Gannon is super chill and always very courteous and friendly. Always acknowledges the customer upon arrival. He is also is very knowledgeable of the menu and quickly offers a product suggestion on the off chance I don’t already know what I’m looking for upon arrival.

Very organized procedure from the time I entered door to the time I left the facility. I was greeted by Jason when I entered. I didn't have a pre-order but Jason understood what type of flower I was looking for right way and gave similar suggestions as well. The entire transaction was completed quickly and I was on my way. Had an issue keeping me from picking up my order during the day of a sale. When I called to talk to someone about it, they informed me that the sale might still be going on and when I asked if they could check the products so I knew if I had to reorder something different or could get what I ordered they took me name. After that they informed me that they would extend my order to the next day and did not touch on the sale any further even though I specifically asked to check the products. That implied that since my order was extended, I would still receive the price I was given on the website. When we went to pick it up the next day and was told that they were no longer on sale and they refused to honor the price. If I had known that previously like I was trying to inquire about, I would have found an immediate solution instead of waiting until the next day with a false sense of security.

The staff are always so kind. They’re patient with a smile as well. I never have any problems ordering like I would trying to get fast food. I can use my communication cards with ease to order. I can see on the screen when discussing an order to assure I’m getting what I need. The entire venue is wheelchair accessible too as it’s all flat surfaced. The walls are not overly white anymore and it’s really amazingly designed. It’s easy to see inside as well as the products displayed inside. It’s like a little home and we’re all welcome to the family.

Always and awesome experience at Pekin NuEra. Jesse, Chris, and Bree are always super helpful and Cid and Jaime in the back of the house staff is always prompt in their service.

I had an issue earlier today regarding stacking my discounts. I returned to the store after noticing only one discount was added and not a second one. Both store manager’s assisted me and they made things right. I really appreciate that. Once again thank you for all that you do! Nuera is receptive of feedback and takes quick steps to address customer concerns. After addressing concerns about pricing issues the staff was quick to respond in-person and online. Shortly after I noticed more deals, discounts, and price drops; which is nice considering the blessing and burdens of legalization in Illinois (specifically). Happy to change my review and mention that Nuera delivers quality assurance and customer satisfaction on a medicine we’ve managed to terribly mishandle.

Everything we go into the New Era here in Pekin it's a lovely friendly environment. They are always chatty and respectful with us, and very informative on what there is to have. If you have questions they always have the answers. It's always got this soothing vibe to it. Honestly we visit them once or twice a week sometimes we go just for the people alone. Defiantly do recommend visiting in our home town of Pekin you will never leave disappointed!

Iv always loved this place. Come here very often for edibles and am always greatest with smiles and jokes. Today Sydney helped me and cheered me right up. She was very helpful and made sure I got the good deals I needed. Will always recommend this place. There's also this girl that usually has pink hair. A couple piercings. Sadly I don't remember her name but I LOVE seeing her when I come in. She's super nice and great at her job.

Good place to shop. Nice employees to help and give suggestions on what products you ask about. First time smoking flower in 20 + years. I enjoy the science lesson everytime I go In to purchase some things.
