I went in to have pearls restrung, when I spied some amazing gold pearls. Love at first sight. Jill expertly went through the process for producing these luxurious natures gifts. After thorough research, I contacted Jill by phone and we discussed numerous options from the extensive range of jewelry at Anastasia's. Her knowledge is outstanding and she spent hours showing me different styles (via the Internet). Nothing was too much trouble and I never felt rushed or pressured. Superb customer service and integrity. I ordered a basic Casio watch from Anastasia's, but it turned out to be out of stock. Peter promptly emailed me asking if I wanted a refund or a backorder from his stockist in Japan. I went with the backorder option and in no time he took care of it. Peter kept the line of communication open, updating me at every step of the order. I had to resize my engagement ring and choose Anastasia's of Broome. What a great experience I had!! I was quite nervous of my ring being tarnished, getting lost or anything happening to it. Jill and Peter were very comforting and reassuring that the ring will be in safe and perfect hands. Jill made sure I had chosen the correct ring size. The ring came back not only the perfect size but beautifully cleaned, and it only took them a couple of days to resize the ring too. Long story short, I lost my diamond pearl ear ring, went to Anastasia's to have a replacement made. Jill & Peter both took time to go through their pearl stock to find a match to my existing pearl and it was perfect. A week later I had my ear rings back.
