I met Seb from relief therapy a month ago.. I have met many chiropractors, osteopaths, masseurs. None of them are as skilled as Seb! His pre treatment questionnaire is very well presented and inspired confidence. Being able to book online I booked myself and my husband in for remedial treatment session. My Husband lifts weights and I’m a health worker working long physically demanding shifts. I went searching for dry needling and cupping and read many reviews and was drawn to Seb as his website was very engaging and I was intrigued by his specialised skill set. Seb constantly engages in professional development and study to offer clients even more treatment options. I have a couple of chronic issues and Sebs knowledge and skill set was astounding. Remedial massage, dry needling, cupping and compression therapy and relaxation massage resulted in a totally healing and holistic experience. Seb is a massage GOD! I am extremely fussy when it comes to having a massage and he is one of the best! He is always extremely professional and asks at the beginning of every treatment what my concerns are and doesn’t fail to address them all. He will even do dry needling and cupping to compliment the massage if you wish! His space is quiet, clean and I always leave on cloud 9. I suggest Booking in advance to avoid missing out as he books up fast! Well worth the wait! I really look forward to my monthly appointments with Seb! 5/5 highly recommend!

Since I've been seeing Seb, I can honestly say he is the best at what he does. Each time I see Seb, he listens to what issues I have with my muscles/movement etc and talks me through what he will be focussing on. He is completely professional, respectful and an absolute expert.
