Came to have my toes done on Saturday, after I got home I realised the person who did them hadn’t wiped away the shellac from my skin, so way too much had been applied and it was already peeling off. Would advise anyone who goes here to check, double check and triple check their nails or toes before leaving. They did fix them for me with absolutely no hassle, but I had to make an extra trip into the city and wait for 20 minutes 2 days later. And I also had to set the UV light timer myself at the end of the corrections???!!! I’d avoid. And sorry for the pic of my feet lol

Amazing service, amazing staff! Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel included, i normally stay quiet but i just couldn't at Kim's when i was having so much fun <3 Many thanks for Tom doing my nails they're perfect xx I feel happy as i chose a complete diff style to my ususal colourful nails

Very nice. They did a great job I’ve never seen. So much color choices, stuff are all nice and the stuff who did my nails did a perfect nail care. I would love to come back again.

The workers were super friendly! I usually love a little bit of bling on my nails and the ladies served. Not to mention the lady who did my nails were super worried my decor would fall as I mentioned I will be travelling and she kept reinforcing it 🥺🥺🥺 such a sweet heart ❤️

You guys are the best!! ❤️❤️ I went there on a whim when another salon did a disaster of a job and they have gained my loyalty when they pulled an absolute miracle and fixed them without having to destroy my natural nails!! They are consistent with their work and they take their time with the shaping and designs. Listen to you with your ideas and provide such a warm and inviting environment, perfect to relax and pamer yourself. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new salon! 🤍

I had my old ones removed and put on a new French tip. The shape and colour and ratio of nail plate and free edge are what I wanted. everything is great. ☺️☺️

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! I got one nail fixed on my holiday in Perth today and was charged an outrageous $16.00 and was made wait 45 minutes for a shocking job. Do not waste your time and money on this terrible nail salon
