Had
an
fantastic
experience
but
I
have
waited
several
months
to
write
this
review
because
I
really
did
not
want
to
leave
anything
negative
but
after
speaking
to
the
lovely
Manager
on
the
day,
I
feel
she
would
really
appreciate
my
honest
feedback.
My
partner
and
I
attended
several
months
ago
as
part
of
a
little
city
staycation
to
celebrate
our
10
year
anniversary.
What
an
amazing
experience.
The
staff
were
very
so
friendly,
attentive
and
engaging.
The
experience
definitely
fulfilled
and
exceeded
our
expectations
for
a
little
pampering.
Having
said
this,
I
felt
that
I
needed
to
take
off
one
star
because
of
a
little
situation
that
we
both
felt
quite
uncomfortable
with.
Once
our
amazing
3+
hours
of
indulgence
bliss
was
over,
we
were
both
recommended
many
different
products
to
purchase
in
order
to
“maintain
our
skin”
the
6
or
7
products
were
at
the
counter
ready
for
us
to
purchase.
These
were
definitely
not
cheap
and
the
products
alone
came
to
nearly
as
much
as
our
two
combined
spa
packages.
This
really
did
force
both
of
us
into
a
very
awkward
uncomfortable
and
disappointing
situation
and
unfortunately
cheapened
the
experience
for
us.
The
weekend
in
question
had
already
cost
us
a
massive
amount
of
money
(Hotel,
restaurants
etc),
that
we
had
to
decline
the
over
$600
worth
of
suggested
products,
leaving
us
feeling
somewhat
deflated
and
embarrassed.
We
felt
that
we
were
forced
into
making
impulsive
and
expensive
purchases.
By
all
means,
suggest
products
should
the
customer
want
to
continue
with
the
suggested
beauty
regimen
but
leave
it
there
and
maybe
have
a
clearly
accessible
and
visible
price
list
so
the
customer
is
free
to
assess
and
make
their
own
decisions
and
conclusions.
If
it
wasn’t
for
this
little
unfortunate
and
disappointing
situation
right
at
the
end
of
our
appointment,
it
would
have
been
the
most
amazing,
faultless
and
uplifting
experience.
